Absolutely nasty from the service to cleanliness. The manager/waitress was rude from the moment we walked in until we walked out. We ate our salads and drank drinks before we noticed the bug poop and dead bug in the corner at our booth. We decided we didn’t want to stay any longer. The cook was friendly he should be the manager

Sakura has excellent food, the prices are a bit above average, but the quality of the food and the atmosphere is very nice. I recommend this place for date nights personally, but they’re good for casual dining as well.

We came in to eat about 10 minutes before they closed and asked if we could eat dine-in or if they preferred we got the food to-go. They told us dine-in was fine and so we assumed they were fine. As soon as our waitress came over we had to deal with a bunch of attitude and rude comments. Along with that, the other waitstaff were just sitting around glaring at us and shaking their heads at us for the entirety of our visit. I understand coming in late was problematic but they could have told us to get the food to-go. On top of that we weren’t the only table in the restaurant, yet we received the worst service. The restaurant itself wasn’t clean, however the food was decent. I’ve never encountered such awful service my entire life. We left about 5 minutes into our meal and we were still treated awfully. Me, being a waitress myself, I understand how late customers can be bad, but they treated us really badly. I will never return again, and I suggest that everyone does the same.

The food wasn’t even hot when we got it. The waitress was trying to take phone orders, get that ready plus she had her young dght, evidently she had to bring her to work with her. Poor child was bored and was bouncing off the walls. We’ve ate there before but never had food that wasn’t hot and it was only one other couple in the dining area. Really doubt we will return.

Food was excellent as always. However! We ordered a soup & salad with our meal. Got the food first then salad never got the soup. When she sat our plate down 3 shrimp fell off the plate onto the table. Oops was all she said. Never offered to replace the shrimp. She never checked on us and kept her back to us the whole time. We asked another waiter for some more tea and received it to go!! The cook was out front smoking when we arrived. ALWAYS a turn off! Especially since he had a 12″ knife strapped to his side.

The food is delicious! I really enjoy the noddles and rice . I am giving this two stars because the cashiers have no customer service skills. They are sitting at the bar , eating food, talking to each other and not taking care of the number one , the customer. It’s like we have to beg to get a order taken. Then they have attitudes if something is not right and they have to fix it . What I don’t have time for is ungratefulness while I spend my hard earned money . First fire, the two girls in the front and re do the inside of the restaurant and you will be good to go. The tables are uncomfortable, the booths are tight and it’s to dark in there .
