very unprofessional, they forgot the extra gravy i ordered, which i was charged for and never recieved, tgey also said i owed $5 whuch i dont and the ice cream melted before got home, which i live not evan a mile from the resturant, i will NEVER be here again and a customer complaint will be filed with the manager and if this is not resolved i will go coporate

I recently visited the Dairy Queen in Rugby, ND, and was very impressed. The food was hot and fresh, with the burgers cooked just right. The fries were a standout, perfectly crispy and well-seasoned. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience enjoyable. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a stop for a delicious meal.

Everytime we go the burgers are awesome, fries and onion rings are hot and perfect, and the drinks are perfect, not too much ice and not too little ice. The shakes are excellent!!! As far as service, the employees are outstanding, we’re always greeted with a smile, very pleasant and knowledgeable. We are always treated kind of like we are family. We never had a bad experience at the Dairy Queen in Rugby North Dakota, ever. We would go more often but we are on a fixed income. If we had the money we would go there once or twice a week.

Every time we stop in Rugby, we are always impressed with the DQ experience. Other locations don’t come close to their customer service and food. Just wish they could help train other locations. They were a life saver we waited 2 hours at Dakota farms and we didn’t get food so we left came her got are food in 5 minutes. DQ is the best restaurant in rugby. Amazing service they were happy to seat us.

The service was today. I filled my cup up then went out to grab my phone in the pickup and before I could sit down my food was ready. Impressive. Fries were great. My complaint and the reason for two stars is the hamburger tasted funky like the kind you get at a gas station then microwave it and bread wasn’t all that fresh either

I went tonight for supper in drive thru. Got home only 3 mins away. I ordered chicken strip basket . The chicken and toasted bread were both very hard.and not hot. Fries were warm and cooked good.
