Just tried this lovely pizza place. The service was phenomenal my cashier Jenny very polite, courteous and considerate. The food, oh my, I bought two slices that were already made in the warmer. They were delicious, tasted as if it had only just had time to cool. With an authentic flavor that just makes you pause as soon as it hits the taste buds. But it got better. I bought the garlic bread with cheese. Oh my goodness. The cheese, it was just different the flavor had such a complexity that I knew it was quality I would say it just melted in my mouth but that simply does not do it justice. Definitely a 10 out of 10 and cannot wait till I can return. Once again y’all are awesome!!!!!!!

Pizza filled the box I would add more photos but I couldn’t stop eating oh and I caught the lunch deal two slices and a can soda 6.99 with the garlic bread 4.99 great deal

This pizzeria is the rare but perfect 10/10. Ran by a true local legend of a business man pepperonis has the greatest pizza I’ve ever had. Incredible service and just all around great food. Good stuff from the owners and employees for this absolute gem of a place. As a pizza reviewer myself I truly feel like I’am in Sicily eating 5 star pizza like a true Italian champion. All around 100/10 and would recommend over the tiny but mighty ceasars, dominos, papa John’s, and legit every other pizzeria. Great stuff and keep up the work.

This location serves the best pizza in the Houston Area! I have tried many different pizzerias, with other businesses having a fairly good recipe. However, Pepperoni’s — more particularly this location of Pepperoni’s — has the best recipe: a crust that you can actually taste and has some body to it, a sauce so savory it impresses me as an Italian foodie, and a VERY generous amount of toppings which are baked into this wonderful food. All of these ingredients are high-quality and taste so fresh! Above all, the customer service and speed of service at this location continue to make my multiple visits pleasant. I always feel comfortable enough to sit inside due to how positive the energy is within the store. Their staff are so nice, I am drawn to eat pizza at only this location! This Pepperoni’s is TRULY a very special pizzeria in the Houston Area! I HIGHLY recommend that you dine in / order take out from this location!

Pepperoni’s Pizza @ Burnham woods is a great choice. It’s a family owned, local business serving the surrounding communities. The staff and family are warm and welcoming and genuine. I found their pizzas and salads to be high quality and full of authentic flavors. While predominantly take out and delivery, they have a small area for eating in for a drive-by slice.

Simply put, they make great pizza… delicious, hot, and flavorful. Their hand-tossed pizzas have a medium crust topped with mildly tart chunky tomato sauce and real mozzarella cheese.

The hand-tossed crust is crisp (not crunchy) on the bottom and fully cooked through. Their pizzas are topped with a mildly tart well spiced chunky tomato sauce with plentiful cheese and toppings. The crust’s edge is about an inch around, and is consistent around the whole pizza. The crust supports the delicious toppings.

The cheese has an authentic flavor. It is warm and stretchy, but not oily, gooey or runny. The cheese is spread relatively thick and consistently across the whole pie. The toppings cover to the crust, and were surprisingly even … even geometrically placing a consistent number of pepperonis per slice. LOL.

The restaurant itself is primarily takeout and delivery, but they have a couple of shelf-like table tops on two walls with bar stools that is comfortable for a quick bite at lunch time.

We had a pizza party with 4 couples and 2 ravenous teens. Pepperoni’s delivered 4 XL pies (cheese, vegetarian, pepperoni, and supreme) with 2 salads. The pizza arrived hot and intact. There’s nothing worse than having a pizza glued to the cover of the box or smashed to the side. These pizzas were perfect! It fed everyone with a 5 slices and some salad to spare. The teens took the leftover slices for the road … LOL.

We highly recommend you give them a try.

I ordered a single pizza through DoorDash that came out to almost $30 after fees. The pizza was supposed to have Alfredo sauce, but what I received was basically cheese sticks. There was no visible sauce at all. I order this pizza regularly, so I know what it is supposed to look and taste like.

I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager or owner named Julie. The conversation was already unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue, she repeatedly said she could pull the cameras to prove her staff added Alfredo sauce. That response was dismissive and unnecessary. The food in front of me clearly did not match what was ordered.

When I went into the restaurant, the same explanation continued. A staff member with glasses stated that the Alfredo sauce soaks up into the bread. If that is the case, then more sauce should be added. No one is paying $25 for dry cheese bread.

I brought the original pizza back to show that there was no sauce. A replacement pizza was made, and I was initially willing to accept it. However, as I was leaving, I could clearly see staff members snickering and laughing through the glass reflection about the situation. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable eating any food from this location. After an already tense and unprofessional interaction, there was no way to feel confident that my food had not been mishandled.

I left the original pizza I brought in and did not accept the replacement pizza. I left with nothing.

This experience is especially disappointing because I never had issues with Pepperoni’s when they were previously at the 2920 location. The difference in customer service and professionalism is very noticeable.

I will not be returning to this location. This was not about free food. It was about trust, food safety, and basic respect for customers.

Update:
I want to clarify a few points based on my experience as a customer.

During the phone call, it was very clear with Julie that this was not about a refund. Julie immediately stated that DoorDash would have to handle any concerns and did not initially offer options to remake the pizza or explore solutions directly. DoorDash later offered a $5 credit on a $30 order, which is not a reasonable outcome for anyone. A refund was never my first option. I had to tell her that I would be arriving to the store in order for her to fix the situation.

Both during the call and in your response, the focus was not “let me see what I can do,” but instead on proving that I was wrong and you were right. The repeated references to camera footage and later offers to show me the cameras or invite me into the kitchen came across as passive-aggressive rather than solution-focused. That same dynamic is why this situation escalated instead of being resolved quickly.

My concern was never whether Alfredo sauce touched the pizza at some point. The issue was the end result, I didn’t have any on mines. This is my experience as a customer who has ordered this pizza before.

When I arrived at the store, no one wished me a good evening, and when I walked out, no one wished me a good evening. I also observed staff snickering and laughing, which made me uncomfortable as a paying customer. Because of that, I did not feel comfortable accepting the replacement pizza and returned the original. I tossed the pizza onto the counter. If it fell onto the floor, that was not my intention and I do apologize. My goal was simply to leave without food after feeling disrespected. For clarity, I returned to the counter approximately 30 seconds later.

If my behavior is being questioned, it does not make sense to then invite me back into the kitchen. My reaction was a response to feeling disrespected, not an attempt to be disruptive.
It appears that the quality and customer service have declined. That happens sometimes, and while it is disappointing, it simply means it is time for me to find a new place.

This is what I experienced as a customer. I stand by my review and wish you the best moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

We placed a large order for pickup. Several small speciality pizzas were very good. The large peperoni we ordered was OK but lacked sauce. The peperoni rolls were good. We ordered two types of wings. The regular hot were OK. We asked for extra wet and they were a bit dry. The Korean BBQ, on the other hand, were delicious. The calzone was also very good. Decent experience overall.

Went during lunch time to try this place because we saw it was pizza by the slice.

Cashier didnt seem to attentive or showed any care.

They only had 2 slices available which wasnt enough for us. So we were stuck ordering a whole pizza.
Ended up getting garlic bread too

Garlic bread was great but cant recommend the pizza. The sauce has a weird taste to it

More than I expected from a gas station pizza joint. I was impressed with the pepperoni rolls and cheese sticks. I got a calzone and must say it was pretty well stuffed and a decent size. I wasn’t able to order online because I wanted to build my own calzone which wasn’t so customizable online. Anyways I still say it’s a pretty good value.
5 stars for family owned!

EDIT: The manager reached out to me and offered to make it right and they did! The pizza i received was hot and fresh. Crust was perfectly crisp and the overall taste was excellent. He even threw in a homemade cookie for my young daughter. Customer service like this will keep me coming back time after time. They will definitely be my first choice when I want pizza to bring home. I do not regret giving them a second chance.

Pizza was subpar at best. I received 2 extremely greasy slices of pizza. There was so much grease that the crust was completely soggy. The layer of cheese and pepperoni just slid off the crust. Gave 3 stars because the staff was friendly.
