I have been coming to this location for quite some time and have been meaning to do a review by keep forgetting. I really liked the location of the Starbucks in Maple Grove. It is so easy to get in and out of. I love that it’s on the corner of two streets. Inside of the Starbucks is extremely clean every time I come in and has a nice variety of Starbucks merchandise. Employees are always very nice and seem happy to be there. Sometimes the drinks and food can be a little slow, but you can definitely tell they are working the fastest that they can.

Terrible service here. They are vastly under staffed leading to employee low morale. Management has given up on this location which is shocking as this is a fairly new location, in a highly prestigious area.

The weekday morning crew at this location are all incredible!
They make drinks that look like Starbucks advertisements, and taste incredible (my orders involve comical amounts of whip cream).
They have a convenient drive through, but I really enjoy walking into the store because everyone is so nice and they even greet me by name.

I want to recognize a barista named Nakeisha for outstanding service. She greeted me warmly, clarified my order, and delivered it with attention to every detail. She even brought a small container of cream, my water exactly as requested, and checked to see if I needed anything else.
I later learned she is a new hire. Management would benefit from having the entire team model the level of service she provided. The staff overall seemed focused, but she set the gold standard.

Three years ago I wrote a glowing five-star review for this location because the service truly stood out. Today was the opposite. Without any provocation, Kayla snapped at me with a rude “not the day & not funny.” Yes, the place was packed and understaffed, but I was not complaining or even addressing her directly. I was simply trying to make light conversation. Being busy is not an excuse to speak to customers this way. It’s disappointing how quickly good service can disappear. This is now a one-star review. Clearly, management has given up on this location.

I don’t know if this location has always been this way, or if Starbucks’ efforts to go back to the original cozy vibes are working, but I haven’t been in a Starbucks like this in a long time! The staff is super friendly and attentive, my drink came in a ceramic mug, and the vibes are good. 11/10
