Overall, we were underwhelmed by flour after being told by friends how amazing it is. We went for Valentine’s Day and got one of the specials and a chicken parm pasta. We did not particularly enjoy the pasta and the steak was extremely tough and dry.

Of all the spots out here in Chagrin falls, most are just ambiance and Atmosphere, but this hidden Gem here, Flour is hands down the Best! Rarely do I like Everything but every thing We ordered was fantastic! The Grilled Bronzino, Fingerling Potatoes, Garlic Spinach, Egg plant Meatballs, Stuffed Peppers & Fried Olives were all cooked to Perfection! I’ll add this place to My regular destinations for sure!

Overcharged. Slow service. Busboy helped more than our waiter. Had happy hour menu/ did not order alcoholic bevs (fyi) at 4:45pm. It’s now 1:17am and still having an upset stomach.

I had a little of each…Margarita pizza. Calamari. Salad and lamb rigatoni. Diet Coke. Water.
I’m not sure what’s upsetting my stomach. I doubt I’ll be going back. I’m not happy.
I was in the area and was recommended by 2 friends to check out Flour Restaurant.
I was overcharged full price via happy hour menu. Had slow service and hours of a tummy ache.
I don’t think I’ll be coming back. My experience wasn’t good.

Recently tried this restaurant for dinner. It is a very popular place which kept the ambiance lively. The food had decent flavors but was like warm at best. The marinara sauce with the meatballs was actually cold. The salmon was barely warm and the pizza did not taste fresh and hot. The service was average, the abruptness of our server made us feel like we were a burden to her. Seems like a good family friendly restaurant or good for big groups.

Food is very good albeit pricey but what is not these days. Service can be very good or very bad depending on who you get. I have been there twice and have had the same waiter who is not attentive. Fortunately, other team members are great!! My biggest issue with the restaurant is the wine list. They tend to charge 3.5x the retail price for a bottle which is a much higher up-charge than most restaurants.. Tuesday is half price bottle night. If you are a wine drinker that is the night to go!

The atmosphere and staff were good but the food was just okay. Unfortunately the price did not match the quality, the calamari breading tasted very gritty, the pasta was too salty. I was recommended this place and M by locals and I tried both, M was top notch and will be my go to whenever I’m in town.

I heard good things about this place so I came to check it out. I was seated instantly on a Friday night which was extremely busy. My food came out literally 5 minutes after I ordered. I had the lamb rigitoni and it was amazing. Sierra was my server and she was polite and efficient. Will definitely be coming back.

food was overpriced for the quality and quantity. I had much higher expectations for this restaurant. It was extremely noisy (could have just been due to where we were sat), took 27 min to get service from the time we were sat to just receiving waters and was just overall not the best experience. The table we were sat next to even experienced a similar experience because we had a universal glance and the disappointment look, as well as both left at the same time and chatted about it in parking lot. I may try it again to give it a second chance, maybe lunch service would be different. Overall, it wasn’t the best food or experience for dinner, I hope they look to expand the menu a little and if you do go to try it, don’t go in with high expectations.

Very weird experience immediately when we walked through the door. We were asked if we prefer a table or a high top, the hostess snickered and was visibly rude that we wanted a table. (Teenager with curly hair) All of our silverware and plates were covered in food. We then waited about 20 minutes until our drink orders were taken, she forgot to give our table a server. Bill was our server who was extremely kind and apologetic over them overloading him with tables. Waited 45 mins until our food order was taken. Food finally came, salad and pasta were good… until I got home and was immediately ill several times. I will not be returning or recommending this restaurant.
