Literally everyone I encounter at this Starbucks is kind and friendly, especially Kal. He always sounds genuinely happy to talk to customers and his enthusiasm is infectious. This location is clean, well-organized, and very efficient. The staff all do an amazing job and deserve recognition for representing the Starbucks brand so well.

Thank you to the Team here in Gloucester! it was awesome when you opened and you have made our mornings special (my son, his dog and me)!!!
EVERYONE here is always kind, friendly and quick! You recognize me and start my order with a short black dark roast and a pup cup, you always go out of your way to make my experience a very nice one…plus my order is always accurate and my coffee is nice and hot!
Although my coffee is savored i.e.: it’s my treat after my morning workout, it’s my son’s dog Brody who is the winner! I get him a “Pup” cup every day and to watch the thrill in him, waiting anxiously for me to get home, runs up and down the steps, brings me a toy, sits, gives me a kiss and when i say “break” he goes right after it! It’s a show to be seen and my son, husband and I all get the biggest laugh every day! The other day it took Brody almost 3 minutes to finish his “Pup” cup! He delighted in every lick, and came up and kissed me again!
Thank you everyone, Gloucester, my family and I APPRECIATE YOU!

Being the only store in town, this place is always busy. However, the service here is awesome. Everyone works hard to get the order out as fast as they can. I usually do not have to wait long for my order no matter what time of day I stop by. The best thing: ev3ryone has a smile on their face greeting customers. The accuracy of taking and finishing my drink order is worth mentioning. “Triple tall, ice caramel macchiato with coconut milk, extra caramel drizzle, extra ice in a grande cup upside-down” I have been to other stores and they have messed this order up so badly that I either don’t go there or order a different drink. Randomly closed during business hours no explanation and several workers inside walking around pointing to a sign and being rude with a coffee in their hands. Many upset patrons. Not the usual for Starbucks hope they fix this one seeing as I frequent these locations and they are rather expensive.

The only reason this review is one star is so that hopefully the right people actually see this. I was in the drive through and noticed that someone definitely hit your gas meter. Idk why but it’s caulked as hell and it definitely didn’t used to look like that. I’m only bringing it up because I’m a plumber and I’d be very concerned about there potentially being leaks now just from how much it got moved. Just your concerned friend,
