Not sure who made my food because I ordered through DoorDash, but it was absolutely horrible. To start, I asked for double toasted and my sandwich was not toasted at all. The sandwich was SO skimpy, barely any toppings. The tomatoes on my sandwich were very mushy and old tasting. When I called, there was no answer. I usually order from the University Subway in CF when I go in person. I won’t be ordering from the Logan location again. Very disappointing. This is why we have little to no successful restaurants on the east side. Nobody cares about quality and good customer service, only a pay check.

Ordered delivery TWICE thinking maybe they accidentally hit cancel the first time on a simple two sandwich and cookies meal for $22 and they cancelled both orders. Now just to clarify I made sure the location doesn’t close til 9pm and also delivery orders are accepted up until 8:30pm. BOTH times I tried to place my order were more than 18 and 10 minutes before then(beings I had just got off work and home). Also I didn’t get my refunds right away instead I am stuck waiting for my 44.10 to be refunded until either tomorrow or 3 days from now. This is just ridiculous and lazy! Now my money is tied up and lost for potentially days because your workers didn’t wanna work! And this is a reoccurring trend for this location just sucks cause it also the closest location and me n my fiancée do like subway food but at this point I may be better off with just sticking to jimmy johns.

Service was bare minimum the kid seemed to just be worried about getting off work. The food looked veggies were discolored as if they’d been left out a while. No one was inside eating but over half the tables were dirty and bugs flying around. Will not be back.

I ordered online this morning and my order was very wrong. One salad had cucumbers in it and the person eating it is allergic to cucumbers. The other salad was missing ranch and tomatoes. The sandwiches were mediocre. Made very bad. When I tried to call it went straight to voicemail. I will never go to this subway again

I’ve never seen someone put all the veggies on a sandwich and then put it in the toaster oven. Was there a special message that said to do that? No there wasn’t. Been here several times, mostly good. Today was a miss. We’ll be back because it’s subway, what can you do

I’m not going to dock stars because they didn’t have gluten free bread. The workers were extremely courteous and they had genuine smiles on their faces. My food was made to perfection. Definitely worth a stop!

Subs were amazing! Fresh ingredients and well built. Restaurant was dirty. No clean tables and employees made no effort to wipe them while they had no customers. Restroom was dirty too.

I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki extra meat, cheese, and sauce. I got some cheese, some sauce (tasted nothing like the sweet sauce), and regular meat. The meat was cold and tasted old. We ordered online so I couldn’t see how much of what was put on. Just an overall funky, bland sandwich. Do not go here for a sandwich you will be disappointed.
