They definitely improved this Taco Bell sooo much. Compared to when they first opened. There is a bit of a wait….but I feel like it’s worth it because everything is always fresh, hot and made perfectly. I rather wait and have my food cooked right. (Definitely a personal preference)
The last few times I came to this location everything was delicious. I prefer this location over the others. Never had any issues with the workers.

I had a very disappointing experience at Taco Bell. The manager, Daisy Torres, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she spoke in a disrespectful tone and showed no interest in assisting customers. Customer service should be a priority, especially from management. I hope the company addresses this because no customer should feel disrespected when simply trying to order food.

I placed an order through the app and waited over 20 minutes. When I arrived, they told me I had to go through the entire line again because I “didn’t give my name.” Are you serious?! This is completely ridiculous and a total waste of time. The customer service here is an absolute disaster: slow, disorganized, and incompetent. I’ve never felt so frustrated in a place that supposedly just sells tacos. Honestly, this Taco Bell is a perfect example of how to completely ruin the customer experience.

Very disappointed. Was really looking forward to having their breakfast. The time was 10:56am when I pulled up to order, I was under the impression they stop serving breakfast at 11am. The breakfast menu was also still up while I was ordering. The employee asked what they could get started for me. I said “Can I please have the breakfast Crunchwrap” she said “Okay, which one” I said “The one with sausage, they come with sausage right?” She then said “yeah… we’re not serving breakfast anymore” I said “Oh, but the breakfast menu is still up” she continued “uh-huh”. Not even a minute passed. I ended up just leaving. But it was just a wild experience. If she even explained that they stop serving breakfast 5 minutes before 11am, I would understand. But to be taking my order and mid way basically saying never mind is insane.

I literally waited over half hour in the drive thru. Staff literally keeps cars waiting at speaker I guess it’s to keep their monitored service times at a low. Couldn’t even leave because the drive thru line doesn’t have that extra lane to leave.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant in Brentwood, NY, but I had a bad experience. At the drive-thru, the employee was very distracted, the portions were very small, and the food was cold. I think the place needs to train its staff and provide better service!

This location is awful. I’m always having problems with my orders and they put close to no meat on the tacos. I rather go to central Islip location.
Let’s update my review after coming here yet again on March 24th 2025! Absolutely horrible. I keep giving this location a chance because it’s in my town and neighborhood but the Crunchwrap I got tastes rancid. Like the meat is rotten. I feel like throwing up and again look at how much meat I got in the wrap. Close to none. Maybe it’s for the best, because if I get food poisoning it won’t be as severe from the lack of rotten meat.
