Where do I even begin?! This has got to be the absolute worst Waffle House I have ever been to. Walked in and all but one empty booth was dirty…even though the one my family and I sat at still needed to be wiped down… which I had to do myself. Our waiter came over and we gave our drink and food order right away. After waiting about 5 minutes, and still no drinks, I looked for our waiter and he was just then giving our order to the cook. Afterwards, he immediately got on his phone. I had to get up and ask him if we could get our drinks, to which he replys “yeah, I’m getting that now.” Were you though? I then went to the restroom. Came back out and still no drinks! When he finally gets around to it, the coke syrup obviously needed to be replaced as it was barely any at all (more cherry syrup vs coke). Shortly thereafter, our food arrived (dropped off by a different server). I ordered a bacon lovers BLT and the toast was soggy and burnt, as well as the bacon. Not to mention cold. Absolutely disgusting! Our server then spent the rest of the time with his back turned to us and again on his phone. My daughter has to get up and approach him to ask for a refill. Never once were we asked if everything was okay, did we need anything else, nothing. Just came by again to drop off the check. He then decided to disappear into the back, staring into his phone. Needless to say, that was the first and LAST time we will go to this location.

After the airing more than thirty minutes at the Cracker Barrel next door while having others in front of my family and I, I decided to go to the Waffle House! Immediately, my family of five were seated and Amy too very good care of us. Atmosphere is very clean and the food incredibly good and fast. Bacon was exceptional and if you like grits, this is the place to be! My family and I will always come to the Waffle House- good, clean, efficient service and exceptional food every time!

I waited through 4 orders( 8 eggs)?for an over medium order of eggs I wished I could show the pic but sadly I can’t!! I took the last ones, just cause I paid for them, but what a sad day when a short order cook. can’t cook over medium eggs.

i absolutely loved the atmosphere in here!! we came in and were immediately greeted by such nice energy and quick service. Deborah , Cadence, Acea, and Jewel were a wonderful shift that treated uses like family and this is now definitely my fav location

Thank you to the friendship road branch. Not only were they sensitive to me being big and pregnant but they were so accommodating. I shed tears of gratitude and gratefulness because someone covered my bill. This is my first time eating from Waffle House since I relocated to Ga eleven and a half months ago. I’m so thankful for such a kind gesture. Thank you great women and mothers who are staff at this location and thank you for the angel who blessed me with breakfast this morning
