Solid pizza. Awesome garlic knots. Great sauce. Plenty of options for slices. They weren’t too busy and the table we sat at was pretty dirty still. We were there for dinner and they still sell slices at that time. I ordered the veggie pizza. It was good. Nice crust to cheese to sauce ratio. Good amount of veggies and not too under cooked for veggies. I’d go back.

I recently had a pizza that didn’t quite meet expectations, it was unfortunately underproofed and not really up to par with the shop’s intended quality. However, when I reached out to the owner about my experience, I was pleasantly surprised by their quick response and genuine concern. They took my feedback seriously and went above and beyond to make things right, which demonstrated their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, which is rare! It appears the feedback was taken seriously as upon my return the slice of pizza i bought was PERFECT

So glad to have discovered this pizza place! Nothing artificial about it. We sampled several different pies, and the sauce and toppings were spot on. Cheese was high quality. We also got garlic knots and salads. I could tell that the dressings were homemade. My friend said she could bathe in the ranch, it was that good. Definitely worth checking it out if you want authentic NY-style pizza. Thin but not wimpy. Added plus: awesome customer service. Owner was so friendly!

I have finally found it . A pizza shop where everything from the pizza to the smells to the feel to the taste is 100 % perfect. Wow! Pizzaiolo is phenomenal. I had 4 slices , a meatball in sauce , a salad and a slice of cheesecake . All perfect . Walking in , I immediately knew I had made a good choice . Super old school decor with a bunch of flour covered guys making pies . Talking with Richard and Austin made me feel like we had been friends a lot longer than 20 minutes . Nice New York style pizza with nice crisp and perfect taste. I left with a smile on my face and plans to go back soon . Thank you all for making me and my wife feel welcome and appreciated as customers . It’s was truly a great experience.

This pizzeria is better than most I’ve experienced in NYC. It’s thin, has some crunch, fresh ingredients, and is very flavorful. Pizzaiolo is a must have for ANYONE and EVERYONE in the area looking for some good pizza!

I’ve been ordering from these guys since they opened back in like 2016 and I’m FINALLY writing them a review. Restaurants come and go in Portland, especially pizza places – these guys ain’t going anywhere. It’s the consistency man. When I order a Bronx I get a Bronx. When I order a custom pie no ingredients are missing. The cook is always perfect, never have I come home with a sad soggy or an over-fired tooth breaker. The large is a LARGE, they use bigger boxes than anyone else. The ingredients are good and fresh – the green peppers have snap and the sausage is well seasoned. When you go in you can tell these dudes pizza, the place just has the vibe man. Good people, good food, and consistent quality. Love these guys!

Ordered ahead the Bronx large pizza Well done Extra crispy. Lady said 15min. I arrived 15 min later and they hadnt even made the pizza yet . So 35 min later i get my pizza . I live less than 5 minutes away .I opened up my pizza box to get soggy oily pizza . I think anyone would agree this is not what its supposed look like . Ive been a long time customer usually buy by the slice and ive always been happy. But for some reason their whole pizzas miss the mark by a long shot. Especially paying 30.00 for a pizza.

Probably one of the best pizzas I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying..This was such a delicious pizza with all the right components working together the way they should. Crispy crust with the perfect crumb that can stand on its own: textbook example of what you’d expect from a NY style pie. Juicy tomato sauce that’s not too thick, sweet, or acidic. Tastes like tomatoes and not overpowered with cheap herbs. Freshly shredded whole milk mozzarella completes the ensemble. I have only two regrets: the first being that it took me this long to find this place, and the second being that I live almost 2000 miles away. Oh well. Thank you for what you do and keep up the excellent work!

This place rules. The pizza is so amazing. We got a Bronx and a cheese. The flavor combo on the Bronx with the garlic was out of this world. I really like how there was no sag or sogginess to this pizza at all. I highly recommend this joint.

This place has some fantastic pizza. They sell by the slice and two different sizes by the box. The pizza is a New York style thin crust, and every flavor is so great. I have had the bbq, spicy Hawaiian, white stone, and cheese. I also enjoy ordering a side of meatballs and garlic bread. Parking is on the street but it isn’t too hard to find a spot. The service is fast and everyone is friendly. I highly recommend checking it out. I will definitely be coming back!
