Rita’s is a favorite when am coming home from work, I love the cheesecake flavor custard it’s one of my favorite, I also like the vanilla as well. It’s always nice to go there the place is always clean and the customer service is excellent. My only wish is that the cheesecake flavor would continue into the fall season.

Apparently the Sundae on the right is a small and the sundae on the left is a large. I pointed out that to the guy and young lady who made them. They said that “they were just made differently”. I understand making a mistake or making things differently. But when the customer points it out you shouldn’t ignore their comment or act like the customer is wrong.

This Rita’s is not to far from my job! Every time I go they are always pleasant and always help me choose because they have so many great flavors to choose from. I have to stop myself from going all the time trying different flavors. I get one at least twice a week

Was enjoying my lemon Italian ice until I felt something odd in the ice… pulled an old finger nail out of my mouth. I legit started throwing up after, sadly will never be able to enjoy Rita’s after this experience.

This Rita’s location is a bit underwhelming; especially in comparison to the location in Frederick where I currently reside. I recommend a thorough cleaning (floors!) throughout, and please invest in additional flavor options.

Rob and his staff were amazing and very professional when I came to visit and place an order. I drove past several Rita’s to get here and I’m thankful the place was clean and his staff was very welcoming upon entering the store. We were greeted and thanked for our patience and the worker was able to clear a line with no problems and she did it with such Grace and class. I will be coming to this Rita’s from now on.
