This location is so great. All the employees were incredibly kind and joyful. It was such a good vibe. I came in with my kids and the youngest was having a fit and the employees just reassured me that they’re around kids all the time and it’s no big deal. As a mom going anywhere with kids, when they start getting fussy, it can feel very stressful, but they were so cool about it.
Thank you to all the people working there today. You’re the best store!! We actually ate in the store and it was a great experience for everyone overall.

Horrible management or maybe just no management. There were four high school students that appeared to be running things and the line was quite long and online orders backed up way beyond their pick up times. Why waste your money, Publix is next door and when you order online your subs are ready on time at Publix. Won’t come here again, lost my business one my first visit. Shame…

“Extremely disappointed with this location. I placed an order with a promised pickup time, but I still had to wait an extra 20 minutes while the staff moved at a snail’s pace. To make matters worse, not a single employee greeted me or even acknowledged the delay. The customer service is non-existent—no ‘sorry for the wait,’ just attitude. I’ll be taking my business to a different sub shop from now on.”
