I go to Tropical Smoothie quite often, and I never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and amazing. The best smoothies in the cedar valley I think. The staff at both locations are welcoming, and so nice. My go to food item, is the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread, add jerk sauce. So amazing!!

Tropical Smoothie is one of my favorite places to drive through. I love the Super greens ceasar chicken wrap and the Bahama Mama smoothie with a scoop of whey powder. Rich, Troy and Rep’s are super nice, I’m always greeted with a smile and my food is prepared just like I like it. A great place to try!

Good taste, but not really good for you. Commercial smoothys and meat means not really real… mostly syrup amd sugar but I still go often just dont go thinking its healthy. 4 star for appearing healthy but not being.

The worker at the window had terrible customer service and was being rude the whole time and when I mentioned that the customer service was terrible she slammed shut the window. rudest encounter ever there not the first time this girl has been rude. She has a sword tattoo on her arm. Nobody should ever act that way towards customers, if it happens again I will call corporate!

When I had a mishap with my DoorDash order, the staff here were quick to help and remake my order for me at no extra cost. They were very apologetic although it was not a problem on their part at all. They wrote me a note with some kind words and threw in a free cookie when I came to pick up my new order. I appreciate the kindness and their willingness to help so much!

I just stopped at Tropical Smoothie Cafe for the first time and I was impressed. The smoothie was fantastic, I enjoyed the chicken and cheese quesadilla, and the service here was wonderful. The place was clean and inviting with indoor seating limited but more outside. I will definitely be back.

When I first arrived I was actually expecting freshy service. But the Tropical Smoothie Cafe is way better. It was fast, fresh, and it was prepared to my liking. I ordered the Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap with a side of salt and vinegar chips my total came to 8.44. You can’t beat that. My wrap was about 10 inches long. It definitely is enough to just fill you up to where you feel like you’re not so full, and you can still do things throughout the day.
25APR2024 @ 0713 I went there for a Thai chicken salad a jalapeno sweet corn some sweet potatoes and a Thai chicken wrap…. They left out the dressing!! I would recommend they watch their security cameras, if they don’t believe me. I tried to call the store and there’s nothing but a busy signal.
