Fantastic breakfast burritos. Limon Y Sal is making my mornings with the best breakfast burritos I’ve had in very long time. Everything is super fresh and the bacon and sausage hit just right. The Salsa they make fresh is so good and really completes the burrito. Definitely give them a shot, you won’t regret it.

They’re no longer located at the address that this Yelp has them on. They’re in the parking lot of American Wrencher Garage, across the street from food 4 less in Medford. The food is very tasty and full of flavor. The portions are decent and not outrageously big. My favorite item was the chilaquiles and the pancakes. They do make the salsa for the chilaquiles in house. If you want to check it out go to @the_avid_glutton_foodie on TikTok, YouTube, facebook and instagram to see my review. Great food and superb customer service. I will be back.

We were lucky enough to have Limón Y Sal grace our neighborhood, and we got a phenomenal lunch here! I got the Bigfoot quesadilla, a delicious homemade corn tortilla stuffed with cheese, mushrooms, white beans, red onions, and cactus (I skipped the meat). SO GOOD!!! It came with three different salsas, each one enhanced my meal, although it was well-seasoned enough to solidly stand alone.
My husband got the carne asada tacos, and said it was quite possibly the best, most flavorful carne asada he’s ever had— and we lived in Mexico for a while! It came with the salsas too, and some spicy pickled fruit. Who knew pineapple could be so delicious??
My daughter got a burrito, modified for to her young tastes. She normally takes a long time to finish her meals, but this one she inhaled!
It was all so good that we’re considering going back for dinner! We happily would have walked back for seconds, but the portions were generous and we were full. It was well worth it, and we will seek this truck out whenever we can! And the family that runs it is super friendly and easy to talk to. We’re happy to support this local small business!

Great food and great people! I used to only get the breakfast burrito at my kids soccer games. It’s good but the lunch burrito is fantastic! I also really like the food truck itself. The design is really cool and worth checking out. Anytime I’m passing by Home Depot it gives me an excuse to get some great food and say hi to Alex. I might start doing more home improvement projects just so I can justify eating here more often. 🙂

We are at Legends Cider in Talent and Limon Y Sal is one of the food truck. The Bigfoot vegetarian is amazing. Love their tacos with carne asada and the breakfast burritos. Alex and Darlene are the owners and are amazing cooks. If you haven’t tried their food it is a must.

Our work ordered burritos and tacos from them today. Hands down some of the best southern Oregon has to offer. I’m a snob since I lived a couple hours from Mexico for most of my life. These guys and gals do it right. The sides were amazing, flavors were bold and spot on, and the portion sizes were generous. We voted and it’s the only spot we will be eating at for Mexican from now on.

If you’re on the hunt for an unforgettable taco experience, look no further than limonysal food truck. I recently had the pleasure of indulging in some of the best street tacos I’ve ever tasted, and I’m still dreaming about them!
From the moment I approached the stand, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff that truly knows how to serve up deliciousness with a smile. Their professionalism shone through in every aspect, from the way they handled each order to the care they took in preparing my meal.
Now, let’s talk about the tacos. Each one was a masterpiece! The tortillas were freshly made, warm, and perfectly charred, providing the ideal base for the vibrant fillings. I tried the carne asada and al pastor, and each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures. The carne asada was tender and juicy, seasoned to perfection, while the al pastor burst with a sweet and savory punch, topped with fresh cilantro and onions that added a delightful crunch.
What truly set these tacos apart was the attention to detail. Each ingredient was high quality, and you could tell they were sourced with care. The salsas were a revelation—each one more tantalizing than the last, ranging from a smoky chipotle to a refreshing pico de gallo that elevated the tacos to new heights.
The atmosphere was lively and inviting, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a quick bite or linger with friends. The combination of exceptional service and mouthwatering food makes [Taco Stand Name] a must-visit for taco lovers.
If you’re looking for street tacos that are not only delicious but also served with professionalism and heart, you simply can’t miss this gem. I can’t wait to return for another round!
