It had been over 2 years since I had a fully loaded breakfast wrap from Tudor’s Biscuit World and I can say I’m happy I went back to one of of my former stomping grounds & to be the first to write a review about this wonderful place…tucked deep in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia.
FOOD: Fully Loaded Breakfast Wrap – Large flour tortilla filled with ground breakfast sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, American cheese, hashbrowns & sauteed onions & peppers. This thing is thick, filling, fresh & delicious. The sauteed onions & peppers give this wrap all the seasoning it needs without much salt & pepper. The cheese is nestled, melted perfectly over the hashbrowns with just the right amount of mildly spicy sausage inside. This wrap is not for the faint of heart, nor for the health-conscious wrap eaters but it is tasty. SCORE: 4.2 STARS!
SERVICE: Done with a southern smile, brought to our table & exercised a couple of follow ups during our meal. Didn’t blow me away but the employee still did a very good job. SCORE: 4 STARS!!
OVERALL SCORE: If you’re traveling through the mountains of WV, be sure to stop and try a Tudor’s Biscuit World. Good southern food, served up with a smile in a clean dining environment. SCORE: 4.1 STARS!!

Tudors is a good place to go sit down and enjoy a Sunday brunch. Their food is more like home cooked meals like you would have at home instead of like the fast fry burger types, tasty and piping hot! They have drinks for any taste, even the pickiest of people. Although the service could definitely be more expeditious and the servers could be a bit more friendly that’s certain. The restaurant itself and the restrooms are both clean. It could also be a little more kid friendly and the hours could be longer. Overall though it’s a pretty good place.

For just-above fast food breakfast, it was good. I got the Country Breakfast with eggs over medium and it came out in pretty good time and as ordered. The staff was good and kept my group’s coffee cups filled (which we appreciated). Not the best table set up for larger groups but fine for 4 or below, without moving tables.

Took forever to get our food. When we walked in the “head cook” was sitting in the back corner eating. Even though they were so far behind that they didn’t have clean dishes or silverware. Part of our order was wrong and he tries to tell me what I said when I ordered even though he was sitting in the back eating and couldn’t have heard my order. The cashier told him that I what order she took and he just says whatever. I will not be back to this one. The Tudors in Pineville is so much better. They are very quick and friendly!

Great food and friendly staff. This location closes at 2 though so you can’t get dinner here.

I used to think it was a great place to eat, but from yesterday’s visit, and 2 other times I’ve ate there, the food is not good! I ordered the chopped steak dinner with mashed potatoes, cabbage & gravy. My husband ordered hungry man’s dinner, pintos, slaw, cornbread, taters, & a side of meatloaf! None of it was good. It’s supposed to be home cooked but it’s far from.that, the only think I enjoyed was the biscuit. I won’t go back. We had 90% of our food was uneaten. Tudors need to do better!
