Awful. Service during opening was bad, I ordered a pizza for 10:30, then I was told the driver didn’t wanna show up for work. This is absolutely awful I will not be ordering from this place again. Third incident with this location, if its not the wrong order, its rude drivers that got attitude, then folks dont wanna show up to work.

The best thing from this place was the driver. The rest of it is pitiful. My review is to Dominos in general. We got the advertised NY style pizza. For those familiar with NY style it’s usually big as your face.
Not sure if Dominos recently made some adjustments due to the recession but the large size pizza is a now a medium sized pizza. The chicken is nothing but dough.
And if you live in California the price is even higher.
For chicken nuggets and a large pizza we spent $45.

Don’t ever order food from here. Ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta and the chicken was raw and I was literally about to give it to my 2 year old. So disgusting. Then I call them and they are like “ok how do you want to fix this” then I said a refund then they had me on hold for 10 minutes. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had ordering from this dominos it shouldn’t even be open anymore.

Ordered pasta and pizza. Pasta tasted old and had no sauce( very very dry) and pizza box was smashed on top so half the toppings were on the inside lid of box. Called to see if there could be another one made or refunded and was basically told that if I wanted more sauce I’d have to pay. Save your money and order from somewhere else

They cancelled my order because they didn’t want to make it. They gave the excuse “My driver has been driving for 20 minutes and won’t be able to deliver your order” and then cancelled it…. I placed the order at 9:50 PM and the store’s hours are listed until midnight… They cancelled a whole order because a driver was… Driving… It wasnt a huge order, $19.99 plus delivery and taxes. I used the National Coupon.

Order deliver at 11:39pm on a Friday night (hours have them delivering until 1am) and the order is placed. App says they have my order in the oven, they’ve checked it for quality, and then it’s out for delivery. I then miss a call from them with a message saying my order was canceled. I called back, and they said they can’t deliver it since they close at 12:30 and they wouldn’t get it to me before then. That call was at 12:21, at which point they ruined my opportunity to order elsewhere.

Ordered delivery with an estimated of 40-50 minutes. It took 2 hours to get my order and it was made incorrectly and arrived cold. I called the store and the manager didn’t want to credit me for the incorrect order. A positive note – the driver Cynthia was extremely friendly and was the only good part of the experience.
