Preppi has literally changed our lives! As two busy professionals who love good, homemade food, Preppi is the answer to our dinnertime dreams. We order meal delivery to our home weekly. We had tried a bunch of different meal prep delivery kits but they didn’t feel super healthy and took way more time than we had to actually cook everything. Preppi is the best of both worlds – we get a home cooked meal, but we don’t have to cook it. Their menu is fresh, seasonal, and healthy. They vary it every week and are always adding new options. I love their broccoli cheddar soup, Taco Salad Bowls, and their lamb bolognese. Their customer service is also phenomenal and they are so friendly and helpful. I am so grateful for this amazing business in Burlington!

We’ve been enjoying Eat Preppi for years, and honestly, my family and I can’t imagine life without it. My husband is a physician and I’m a dietitian, so we’re incredibly mindful about what goes into our food and how it’s prepared. The day a friend told me about Eat Preppi was truly one of my happiest days!! Not exaggerating!
It’s such a gift to know we’re getting the highest quality, most delicious meals without spending endless hours in the kitchen. Once we had kids, preparing truly healthy meals became so much more challenging, and Eat Preppi has been a lifesaver.

Preppi meal prep with home delivery has saved me so many times. It is so convenient, so fresh, no additives or junk. It has been so helpful for a family with two working parents as I welcomed my first and second kids. When you’re in the newborn trenches, or home with two young kids on a snow day sometimes it’s the only healthy food I get in my body. My baby developed food intolerances which meant I had to eliminate dairy and soy from my diet, and Preppi has honestly been the easiest part of that change. They already have a huge selection of vegan options, and everything is clearly labeled for soy. Their staff is so conscientious about allergies/intolerances. Their customer service is amazing, and I don’t know what I would have done without them these last few years.

Wow! I’ve had takeout 4 times over the last 8 days, and every dish has been delicious so far! Preppi has amazing lunch specials (today’s is chicken and dumplings stew with a side salad), a hot bar and a salad bar. You pay by the pound ($13.99 lbs.), and it is well worth it! Today, I had pulled pork shoulder, mac and cheese and beans. On prior visits, I’ve had Korean BBQ, pasta with meat sauce and other excellent dishes. You really need to try Preppi!

Such a nice group of people, making amazing food. The meal prep service has been such an asset to our family – and made so many nights, not only easier, but allowed us to put an amazing meal on the table. Everything is fresh, local, and so so convenient. A real welcoming and comfortable environment at Hula as well – both indoor and outdoor seating at a great location, right on the waterfront. Check them out for sure.

Located right by the waterfront with a beautiful interior. All of the food is vibrant and fresh- Preppi boasts a wide variety of meal options changed weekly or daily. There is a microwave to heat up any cold-packaged meals if you want to enjoy them in the restaurant rather than taking them to go. You should find plenty of options for various diets, vegetarian or vegan options are always available. I recommend snagging a pastry from the display case before you go!
