I just Went to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch. The line was wrapped around the store for one then I was Waiting at the window for my food for probably about 7 mins because the girl said no one was making my order then when I got my order I had Like 10 fries in a small fry pouch so the manager whic I thought was a old man (turns out it was an old woman (not being funny at all I thought it was a older fella)) comes after I ask For some more fries that was cold btw and brought me back a kids meal fry to make up for the fries that wasn’t in the pouch I think they are running a mock over there every time I go there it’s terrible! No matter if you go inside or if you go through the drive through it’s ALWAYS terrible!!! Close that peace of crap down because it’s just that bad ♂️

This McDonald’s is awful.. go through the drive through. You get pulled to the curbside immediately. Order through the app for drive through, get to the second window, pull to the curbside. Just to wait forever. When I worked at McDonald’s when I was 16, hardly ever did we have anyone pull to those spots. Extremely rare. The efficiency here is terrible. And the food is either never right, or cold, or they’re having to make something right then when you order it.

Absolutely worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Ordered on the mobile app for the first time, since I figured it would be faster. I was completely wrong. Pulled into a spot and entered in the parking spot number. That didn’t work and i received a prompt to go inside to pickup my order. There was not a soul at the front counter for a good 5 minutes. Employees when you could see them, didn’t ask to help you whatsoever. I am now sitting in the drive through after ordering my food 31 minutes ago and now they don’t have it.
One plus is that the girl talking at the drive through speaker was really kind. Make her the manager and fire the rest.
Edit: it’s now 41 minutes after I ordered and I still don’t have my food. I was told to come back inside to get my food.

The worst customer service in the world. McDonald’s inside is completely empty. They had me waiting more than 15 minutes when the store is empty. All you hear is the night time gossiping in the kitchen.

So let’s start with the drinks. I had four frappes, and they were stacked in cup holders that weren’t secure. When the employee handed them to me curbside, the whole tray tipped over and spilled all over my car — the floor and center console were covered.
I went inside to clean up and had to ask for napkins since none were out for customers. The lady at the counter was very rude when I came back in a second time to ask for more. She loudly said, “I was just up there,” and even asked, “What do you need them for?” I was beyond frustrated, but I stayed calm and respectful while explaining myself.
Then, when I checked my order, I realized I was missing a Happy Meal — which has happened before at this same location. When I went back in to ask about it, the same employee started yelling what was supposed to be in the meal and acted like she’d never packed one before.
I don’t know who owns this McDonald’s, but the staff really needs customer service training. I’m a nice person, but not everyone is going to be as patient as I was. Thank you — I won’t be eating there for a long time

Brought our 11 month old, he only had oatmeal but it was good. Hashbrowns were fresh and crispy, steak bagel delicious, sausage mcmuffin basic and hot lol. Service was good and they were nice. Restaurant was clean.

Extremely convenient location. Parking spaces for dine- in is limited. Unfortunately there is no playground or a self refill station. Staffs were attentive and asked if I have been helped. I assume that the restrooms are good as they are brand new.

These folks in the morning are lazy, if you work overnight and looking somewhere to grab something to eat, pick literally anywhere else. Used to grab lunch or breakfast depending on the time, never had issues. Now all of a sudden their grills are off between 3/4. Ordered at 3:30 before I knew that, no problem, my fault. So I ordered on the app before 3 (around 2:45/2:50) to give time before this mythical shut down. And still decided not to cook. Had to get a refund TWICE and wasted my time both times. There’s a QT next door, a Waffle House not too far away. Heck even the McDonalds on Wilma Rudolph will still cook between 3 and 4.
