Must have new management. The new workers took about 10 minutes when they had no other customers and I even placed a mobile order that really should have been ready upon arrival. They didn’t give me all of my food and neither one of my drinks were made correctly at all. The stickers are correct but I have no clue what I am actually drinking and I get the same order every time I go to Dunkin. 0 stars.

Placed a mobile order for drive thru, not realizing it was the wrong location because I don’t come to this area much and the lady through the speaker told me to pull around. I pulled up to the window and the lady acted like she absolutely hates her jobs and was smart to me saying she didn’t have my order. I tried showing her my phone so maybe she could tell me where the order was for so I could get directions to go there and she wouldn’t even look at my phone and threw up her hands and aggressively yelled at me and said “I already I told you I don’t have an order for you”. Never have I received such hostile and rudeness from a fast food worker! Wouldn’t even give them a one star.

It doesn’t matter if you come in the store or you go through drive through. There’s always an issue and always a long wait. I normally only come inside because I’m in a company. Vehicle and their drivers is small. You get ignored when you come inside. They don’t get your order right because they refuse to read the tickets. So you have to go back and and fix it then. When you get into drive through, they’re only allowed you to do 2 orders at a time. No matter if you have more than 2 people in your car. They get attitudes with you when you complain about them.’re not getting the information right or that it’s a long wait.They tell you to come and grab an application.Cause they’re sure-handed.Is an ongoing excuse about being shorthanded

This Dunkin is by far the best in the state of NC they are very patient and always so nice and caring the store manager Julie is an amazing manager always respectful and understanding and will fix your order with out a shadow of a doubt and then there is this other young lady employee that works there her name is Haley and she is always so bubbly and charming she just makes the experience that much better with a warm greeting smile and always polite I will recommend this Dunkin every single day of the week!

I sometimes visit the store in my new route to work in the afternoons.
I am always greeted by ALYSSA. I want to compliment her for being sweet every time I ask a question, she is very helpful explaining. She is great at multitasking , always cleaning and working hard and always SO KIND!

This Dunkin is the best and cleanest I have ever been to all the employees are very nice and helpful especially this one named Haley when I was unsure of what to get she recommended an iced dunk latte bc I like my coffee sweet she was very nice and very helpful I will regularly come to this Dunkin from now on
