I ordered a Taco pizza, no tomatoes, no black olives, didn’t even taste like a taco or pizza. Boneless garlic parm chicken was just as bad. Won’t order there ever again. Delivery driver was great.

Food is always warm and delicious delivery takes a moment but never to long. So easy to make the call for delivery and they already know the address never had a problem ordering over the phone. Everyone is friendly. We order a big daddy almost every weekend. Their fried cauliflower is absolutely amazing and a good portion compared to most places.

Food sometimes comes undercooked rushed. Everytime you call them the manager is very rude and acts like he doesnt want to deal with anyone. Pizza hut is now open taking my service there or dominos. At least their food is better quality. They press on tipping drivers. They don’t deserve it.

I have been in the area for quite awhile and I have had foxes over by me in Addison and it got bought out and has become big bear pizza. I thought about coming to this one for a change to see what it was like now. However I’m quite disappointed. The pizza is NOTHING like foxes pizza use to be. Big bear in Addison has pizza like foxes has always had. They didn’t have bone in wings and the boneless wings do not taste like mild wings, they tasted as though they were lathered in thousand island and hot sauce. Absolutely disgusting. They did not even ask if I wanted it delivered or not. This place is such a disgrace to the foxes name. They should not have kept the name when it was sold and it’s so disappointing. The pizza is dry and only certain slices have enough sauce to taste it but the ones where you can taste the sauce, it is dripping off and is way to much for one slice. Such a bad place to go to. I highly recommend if you have had foxes pizza years ago before it was sold and you’re craving the pizza how it use to be to come to big bear pizza in Addison. Cheaper than this knock off foxes pizza. This food was definitely not worth $45

Would give 0 stars but not an option. Over the years we’ve been unfortunate enough to have fox’s be the only place that delivers to our home, and through the years on multiple occasions we would order for delivery just for our food to never show. Last week we placed a $50 order to feed my children and their babysitter while we went out of town, just for our food to “be delivered ” but never did my kids get the pizza. We have cameras all around our house so we were able to see that no one delivered our food like they tried to say they did. Then to top it off they took my money and never refunded me like they said they would over the phone. This is the FOURTH time we have not gotten food. We usually would wait a year or more and give them another chance but this was the last straw. Highly recommend NO ONE eat there ever. The food when you do actually get it, is subpar anyways. I just wanted to feed my kids while I went out of town for the evening. They lost out on a lot of money over wanting to take $50, because we would have been repeat customers, especially days when i work really late and don’t have energy to cook. And they want to play like it was delivered to the wrong address but the sitter checked the neighbors porches (I chose porch delivery) and there was nothing plus they have delivered to my house many times before so there was no mix up they either didn’t make the food at all or the took the food for themselves. Lazy thieving workers, the restaurant should be closed down along with the filth next door.

It saddens me to write this review. Some of the staff are close friends of the family. That being said, unfortunately I personally no longer get food here. This is simply because of the things I’ve found in my food. I’ve had metal pieces of scrubbers. I’ve also gotten hair on a multiple occasions. The service is great and I want to support this business but I cannot.

I paid 65 dollars for a cheese casidilla, two moz sticks and two boneless wings and my wings were a soup of sauce literally trying to find my chicken under the sauce mozerella sticks were cold chicken was Tyson chicken from Walmart not oven baked long enough didn’t. I could have made went to steak dinner with my girl for this much money but instead we got a $7 Walmart dinner absolutely garbage and way too expensive
