Chips and salsa ( the mild is “sweet”
& the spicy is VERY spicy ) so after experimenting you’ll want to mix 2/3 mild and about 1/3 ( or little less ) to make it awesome..
Can’t wait to stop on Wednesday or Thursday for buy 1 get 1 free Margaritas…I got to sample the peach and mango and both are wonderful and strong …do have strawberry and also lime

Great little spot tucked away in Omaha. Having lived more than half my life in the southwest I’m rather particular about Mexican food. This place was amazing, I had the Birria the meat was perfectly spiced, the consomé was spot on. Next time I’m in town I’ll be back.

Had the Nebraska Burrito!!!! Delicious!!!
The chips they give you when dining in are crispy and fresh. The green salsa is yummy and mild, the red is hotter but not so hot you cannot taste the flavor.
The Burrito was filled, generous portions of steak inside, the rice fluffy (not a stick mush glob- you know what I mean haha). The lettuce, tomato and chopped onions all crisp and fresh as well.
I got the cheese sauce and it was warm adding to the flavors, I enjoyed it but if your not sure I’d get it on the side, it is rich but that is how it is supposed to be.
The service was fast and friendly. Completely love this joint!

I definitely recommend this place, I know it’s a Mexican Restaurant but you gotta have the Philly (heaping portions) you will definitely need a knife and a fork for it. So if you’re in the area or just tired of the normal Midwest Mexican, you should stop in here. Indoor or outdoor seating plus a drive thru, and the staff is so pleasant and friendly. Their red sauce has got a little kick to it, but I like the green (flavorful without the kick)

Ordered the #3. All beef. It was very tasty. Portions are nice size. A good value for the money. The taco shell was fresh and had a good soft flavor. It didn’t overpower the fillings. The chips are delicious. I’m glad they gave two dips for them. One is spicy and the other not so much. Good choice. I’ll try the guacamole next time.
Margarita is good and tastes loaded up. This is a super clean restaurant. Bathrooms are well kept. Dining area is immaculate. All I would ask is for them to balance the tables. One I sat at wobbled. But dang, that the only thing I could recommend for them. I’ll definitely be back with my wife and kids.

This place was amazing when it first opened several years ago. So I struggled on whether to write a review. I went a few days ago and boy has it gone down. Prices have gone up, ok I get that. But for the quality of the food totally not worth it. I got the pick 2 combo w/beef fried taco and beef enchilada, rice/beans. The beef was unseasoned and tasteless, my fried taco shell tasted stale. We ordered queso dip to go with the complimentary chips and salsa (which was ok). The queso was in a tiny cup for $5.99!! Are you kidding me! The margarita was a mix out of a slushy machine. I asked for on the rocks, I was told they don’t make margaritas on the rocks. Which is bs cause I have had it there in the past. Oh and the menus are gross and sticky. I did not want to touch them. This used to be an awesome place. So sad to see it go to downhill.

I ordered the birria tacos meal, let me tell you I did not disappoint! It is very delicious, lots of meat, freshly cooked. The chips and salsa are a huge plus. Really good definitely recommend it. Also the service is top notch, very friendly and welcoming.

Got the Carter Lake Burrito, Tres Leches and a Coke. The tres leches was the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a ton while traveling in Puerto Rico and New Mexico. The burrito was huge and super filling (ate half in one sitting and was full). The chicken was seasoned perfectly in the burrito. Will have to come in sometime! Thanks for the delicious lunch!

Excellent little restaurant! Service was a 10. I only had the Steak Street Tacos but they were so good. I would definitely recommend trying this place out!
