Makes twice we have tried it. Both times the bread was as if it was made the day before crunchy and hard, both times they were very limited on what menu items were available. Manager was very rude to not only those in my group but also the other people who were behind us in line. You would think being the only restaurant in town they would do better.

The workers are friendly. And its fairly clean, table and chairs are available for dine in. There is plenty of parking space. My main complaint would be not being able to use the app. And they are always out steak and bread is limited. The cookie supply is always low and no more to make according to workers.

The crapiest Subway I’ve ever been to. The parking lot reeks of their disgusting garbage can. Jaycee was working and her name tag said manager but she wasn’t watching to see how crappy her employee makes a sandwich. They had 4 people walk in and you would think they weren’t going to make it. Sorry excuse for employees.

This subway will treat their employees like garbage to the point they can’t keep employees just recently they had 4 quit. The manager is incredibly rude to her costumers & employees. The amount of bad reviews I’ve seen on Facebook about this place they need to be shut down. Also this is the nastiest & dirtiest subway around if yall want subway your best bet is to travel to Mt Sterling or Owensville.

The food is good, but the woman working tonight acted liked she was annoyed at the customers. And didn’t want to fool with us. She didn’t smile and wasn’t friendly at all. I work in retail myself. And u don’t treat customers that way. Won’t be back till they get better people.

Edit: it’s been several months since visiting this subway so decided to give it another try. Wow, this place is in desperate need of some management and new employess. These 2 employees clearly hate their jobs so much. They were very rude to customers. It was one rude comment after the next. Several people left mad and they mocked them as they went out the door.
If there’s cameras in this business, I advise corporate management to go back to March 13th 2024 around 6:45pm. Watch and listen to how these 2 spoke to the customers.
Very sad when this is the only fast food spot our small county has and for people to be treated like this is outrageous.
Someone please forward this to corporate to look into.

They were out of so many things including chips, pepperoni, salami, and more! The sandwich artist (if that’s what they still call them) was extremely rude! She acted like we were inconveniencing her by ordering food there. I understand it seemed like she was by herself which can be frustrating but that’s no excuse to treat customers like garbage. Horrible horrible experience.

Rude, Rude, Rude! In general, the counter staff (the regulars) are friendly and courteous. They seem to have new counter staff (two women the night I went in). The younger woman was rude, unfriendly and downright ugly to us. I asked for a specific topping and instead of politely offering a different alternative (apparently the topping I requested was only for pizzas, although they had the same toppings for subs on the other side of the counter), she rudely told me it was only for pizzas. Didn’t offer the exact same topping that was an arms length away from her; just scowled at me and stood there defiantly. The other woman behind the counter quietly obliged me with a few sprinkles of the requested topping. After I paid, she literally SHOVED the food at me, almost off the counter, and never thanked us for our business. Despite living in Frenchburg, I WILL NOT return to that establishment. If that is how you treat or value customers, then I bluntly say, “Go to h*ll.”
