I had to wait 15 minutes longer than the expected time but they did just open and they were very busy. Everyone in the area wants to try them out right away. All of the food was really good and fresh. I was impressed with how much food I got and the deals by using the app.

Went to pick up my order and seen I was missing my soda. Went back to the counter and was told they are a new store and do not have beverages on hand yet. Showed them I had paid for one and got told I could go to a different store to pick up my drink. No offer for refund or anything else to make up for it. Get back to my hotel an take out the three packages out of the bag to find out 2 items were missing. Cheese curd not there and sauce missing. Do not waste your time ordering ahead of time.

Update Jan 31st:
Tried them again on a non packer game day and they very much redeemed themselves! Order was waiting for me in one of the spots when I arrived. I had to grab my drinks and they didn’t have all the options that were shown within online ordering and there was one error with one of our sides but it wasn’t too much an issue. Food was still delicious and it was way speedier than last time! Thank you!!

Let me start off saying I understand they recently opened, but tonights order experience was really crazy! Also ordered during a packer game…probably not the best idea but having to wait over an hour seems excessive. The only good part was the food we did get from our order (some was missing) was still very good and warm!
So I waited over an hour from our provided eta (7:20-8:30). I could tell they were working as fast as they could (even had Dunkin employee helping) I feel that if you are that behind, at some point you should turn off more orders until you can catch up. Yes it would be a bummer but your customer service should be a priority. I waited inside for most of my 70min and saw the staff ask a customer to pick half the sauces they ordered and omit the rest because “we are too busy”. Which doesn’t seem fair as you often have to pay for extra sauces! They also told multiple customers they were out of ranch and yet I got ranch in my order when I brought it home. Lying to customers just to make things faster for you often at their expense doesn’t feel right on so many levels! As the number of customers went down in the waiting area, they started asking people the name on their order and just full-filling each individual’s regardless of how long some of us had been waiting vs others who recently walked in for first time (as many people waited in their car, me included, for part of their wait). There was never an apology or a compensation of any kind. Just not a good start in my book! 🙁

I placed an order through the app on Friday the 23rd for pickup. I checked the bag in store to clarify all my items were in the bag. They were. I drove home which is 30minutes away. I opened up my chicken sandwich and there was no pickles on the sandwich. Not a huge deal but obviously was upset my order was incorrect. I attempted to call the store 4 times on Friday either no answer. I have continued to call them through the weekend. Today is Sunday the 25th and no one will still answer the phone. This is quite ridiculous as I can’t even make a complaint about my order to have it be resolved. Because no one will answer the phone. Going to the store is out of my way so I haven’t had time to drive there to complain. I should not have to do that anyways. Very disappointed with the service at this Buffalo Wild Wings.

Workers didnt speak English, they ran out for drinks when I ordered a pick 6 and still charged me for them and they forgot the ranch then charged me extra for it after already not giving me drinks and the ranch and waited 30 minutes for food with no one else in line or orders on the screen

Not a fan of quality. Ordered the 20/20 with cheese curds. The wings were surprisingly small along with the curds, and the fries were not the best. Cost almost $70

Clean bathroom and communal area. Nice coworkers. Small soda selection, got food pick up but ordered in store. Asked for plain burger got everything on it only complaint. Burger was a bit greedy but not bad!
