Unfortunately, our experience at Wings and Rings was disappointing. The service was seriously lacking — very little communication from our server. When my husband asked for silverware, she just turned around and walked away. I had to call her attention again, and her only response was, “I heard him.” Not exactly friendly or professional.
The food itself was just okay, nothing special. The restaurant also felt a bit dirty and unkept, which didn’t help the overall impression.
We won’t be returning.

As a local, I’ve been to W&R many times over the years. There was a stretch when the wait times felt a bit long, so I found myself visiting less often when I was short on time. Recently, after a quick conversation with one of their employees, I was encouraged to stop in again for lunch and I’m really glad I did.
As always the food was great, the service from Kat was friendly and attentive, and surprisingly the wait time was very reasonable considering how busy the restaurant was. It’s clear that they’ve been listening to feedback and making improvements. Shout out to whoever is in charge, I love the customer service improvement!

If you like waiting 45mins in an empty restaurant for 5 pieces of boneless wings, in an empty restaurant, then this is the place for you. I saw the cook just stand their and play in his phone for an entire 30minutes without moving. This is the 3rd time I’ve experienced this. Never again.

This place has become our go-to on date night. Buffalo wings are my thing, and they always do them right! The Hot is so be warned! Always the drinks are delicious! TJ the bartender was also our waiter this last time and he’s so friendly and helpful.

Good sports bar. Food was good and our server was excellent. They have a nice big menu with a lot of choices. It’s a nice spot to go since Del Rio’s options are somewhat limited.

We ate here a few weeks ago while in the area because I’d seen a promotion for $5 off our first visit so we decided to try it out.
We got helped by a young lady who did not know the menu at all since it was her first day, and that made things difficult for us to order.
I will not say anything bad about this place other than it seems the manager doesn’t know what he’s doing. We tried to use our $5 off our first order and he said he applied it but he never did. I even had a discount code for a free appetizer since I downloaded their app and that wasn’t even free once I checked the receipt. It was too much of a hassle to try to get it remedied so we just took the loss.
I will say, THIS PLACE is the FIRST “wing” restaurant I’ve ever eaten wings at (my whole 47 years of life) and didn’t want to take my leftovers home. The flavors are OK, but we probably won’t ever eat here again and we aren’t picky wing eaters! We enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings, Pluckers, and many other restaurants that serve similar food, but this place won’t see us again. Especially not with all the restaurants in this area that are far superior to this one and that’s sad because the potential is there.
Owners, please get your manager in order with promotions and offers because he looked at me like I was crazy when I asked him if it was applied, and it wasn’t. Then he proceeded to tell me that the offer was for the “next time” we go… Um, sir, this is our first time so the discounts should have been applied. Why even have promotions if they’re not allowed to be used?!

Honestly one of the worst bartending experiences I’ve ever had. The bartender had a completely shitty attitude from the moment I walked in. No effort, and definitely no sense of customer service. It felt like I was bothering them just by ordering a drink.
If you’re going to work behind a bar, at least know how to treat people with basic respect and be somewhat service-minded. Instead, I got rude responses, and zero professionalism. I received the menu after 15-20 minutes of being seated and that’s because I had to ask for it as well when I was ready to order her response was “after a year”. Sadly, I am a frequent costumer but today was the last day they’ll see me there. Bartender was a female between the ages of 20-30 more likely.
