I’m writing this review for the other location in humble. The lady that makes the food is super sweet. Her motherly energy is everything. The young man Tha took my order was so polite as well. Let’s get into this food lol it was the best fried fish,shrimp, hush puppies and banana pudding I’ve had since moving to Houston Texas. Just wow lol so delicious. Even the lemonade was bomb. Five stars across the board. I pray that you see this review, I pray your business takes you as far as you want to go. With the attitude you have and the great delicious food I don’t see why not.

I ordered the big mixed platter and everything was simply amazing!! Fish was fried perfectly, shrimp and wings were seasoned to perfection, the eggrolls were 10/10, fries, hush puppies, NOTHING LACKED! This literally fed 4 people in my house for $42. I ordered on door dash and this is my 2nd order and both times it came fresh and hot even though I’m about 25 minutes away. Sorry I didn’t take a photo but I’ll be sure to do so when I place another order and add it on my review.

Food is good the first time I went. Second time spent 70 dollars I only got 2 tartar sauce packets for a Kelz back I got 2 nugget size wings as well the food was bland and had no spices which is crazy for a Cajun spot all round disappointment

Kelz kitchen is amazing. The food was excellent and well flavored. This was my only option for thanksgiving as it looked like what I’m used to. I can’t wait to return. Ms Kelz goes above and beyond to give great service to her customers. Bc of that I hope she continues to flourish thank you.

Kelz Kreative Kitchen is a 10 out of 10 recommend for me. The fried shrimp are huge and seasoned to perfection. Coming from someone whom has never liked hush puppies, Kelz’s hush puppies are packed with flavor. Another good thing is, you get a lot of food for the price you pay which is few and far between these days. As a Cajun, I can confirm this is the place to get good Cajun food.

My sister and I ordered the catfish and shrimp basket. Great amount of food for the price. Shrimp was pretty good. Couple of things we both noted was that the fries should have been fried a bit longer. Catfish needed more seasoning on the fish as well as the batter. We both had to add a little salt to bring out flavor for fries and fish. Great staff, well kept and excellent location. Had it not been for the fries and catfish would have given them five stars.

We ate at the tables in front (beautiful day) and the owner asked if we enjoyed the food and comp’d us some shrimp and a banana pudding.
The only reason for the 4 stars on the food is because I would have preferred my lemon pepper wings be drained longer to avoid so much oil/grease. The seasoning was spot on however and the wait was not long for food made to order!

This was my first time trying the place. My order was called in, I sat in about 20 minutes of traffic, and still had to wait about 15 minutes for my order, so I suggest you call in. The wait was worth it to me though. The food that we got was fresh and really good. The flavor was like you cooked it at home. They did have active fly mitigation going to keep those pesky flies away from the eating area of the food truck.

This is my second time ordering at Kelz, both on door dash. The first time the food was delicious. Today ordered the shrimp fried rice with 5 wings. I was disappointed from the start when I opened the box and there were only 4 wings. The wings are already small flats with no drum so i wanted my 5th wing. But the worst part was the rice. It tasted like they poured a gallon of salt on the rice. It was literally inedible. I am so upset because with door dash fees I paid over $30 for this. Never again will I order from here.

The food was literally just OK. Absolutely nothing to write home about. The chicken was fried in fish grease. You could literally taste the fishiness and see the cornmeal specks on the chicken (see pic.) Anybody who knows anything about cooking, knows that is a no-no…cross contamination. The mac n cheese was decent. The chicken/sausage gumbo was FULL of grease sitting at the top of the container, separated at about the halfway point of the container. A tiny amount of white rice came with it. About enough to feed 2 small children. The flavor was decent, though. The banana pudding was just that…just pudding. Maybe 3 slices of banana & about 5/6 wafers. Lastly, we were only supposed to pay $42 & some change, including taxes. Our bill was uncharged to a lil over $50 with no explanation. And we weren’t offered a receipt. We knew at that point , that we wouldn’t be back, regardless of how good the food may have been.
