We order from there quite often. And usually don’t have any issues. The last two times I ordered pizza. I always get extra cheese and it doesn’t seem like there’s any extra cheese on the pizza at all. I could still see the dough through the cheese and some spots doesn’t even have the cheese on the dough. When you order pizza from another place and you ask for extra cheese, you can’t see the dough at all. All I asked for was a credit on my cheese is my next order and they said they weighed the cheese. This place does not know how to take care of customers.

ordered a sub, fries, and wings for delivery. the ham on the sub was very grizzly and there was barely any meat on it with way too much sauce. fries had the ketchup packets in with the fries!! that is so gross what if they were on the ground??? and wings were very tiny also with way too much sauce :((( very disappointed. these guys have been my go to for years but the service has just gone in the dump lately.

Ordered extra cheese AND pepperoni on what was supposed to be a large crispy crust. could see the sauce and dough thru the cheese and there was barely any pepperoni and my crust was super flimsy not crispy at all. when i called about the pizza i sat on hold for a while before some guy comes on and tells me the cheese gets weighed and the pepperonis get counted and there’s nothing they can do. needless to say i wont be giving them another chance after years of mistakes and bad service.

Unfortunately, the quality has diminished over the last few months. Pizza was overcooked and served to me with blackened cheese, and I was offered no recourse. 2 pizzas for 34$ with this quality isn’t worth the brand anymore. Loved this location, but it’s time to move on.

This USED to be a good location…. due to new ownership that apparently does not care about anything don’t waste your money. We placed an order days ago for salads and wings, paid extra for extra meat on the salad. When it arrived we counted LITERALLY four halves of pepperoni. Also the cold dressings were crammed into the bag with the hot wings making them cold. Called right away because things happen and get missed, the guy I talked to said he was the manager and was nice enough but said that he had to talk with the owner before giving any refund or anything and would call me back. No big deal…. until I didn’t receive a call back and called the following day to speak with a wonderful worker who again was very apologetic but not the owner and couldn’t do anything because of the new ownership. She told me that I would be called the following day around noon but also gave me the times that both owners were supposed to be in…. Next day… guess what… NO CALL… so I called and the owner left early… but I can call back again the following day. I call and finally get to speak with an owner who said “we reviewed the video” and yeah could have cared less… no apologies for not calling no recognition nothing…. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with ANY pizza place!!!!!!

I just picked up a 7 layer veggie pizza before the snow storm hit and it was fabulous!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a joke under the new ownership. First, I was told I’d get a call back — nothing. I called again, got another empty promise. Next day, same story: “We’ll call you tomorrow.” Shock — no call. When I finally tracked down an owner, they basically shrugged it off like they couldn’t care less. No apology, no accountability, no respect for their customers.
The staff was kinder than the people running the place, which says everything. The owners clearly don’t value their business or the people who keep them in business. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with ANY pizza place — lazy, unprofessional, and completely clueless when it comes to customer service.
Save yourself the headache and your money — there are a dozen better spots in town.

Ordered a thin crust pizza
What I got is not thin crust at all
And when I called to say the crust..the pizza is burnt.
The kid couldn’t care less
So Im stuck with a very burnt pizza

Ordered a taco pizza, it barely had any toppings. We order taco pizza all the time and it has never looked like this. We called and were told that the gentleman we’re speaking with personally made it and there is nothing they could do because they know its fine. We called again and spoke with the manager who also told us she personally made it and this is how it always comes.
