If you know you know! This place is a hidden gem in plain site on a main street none the less. Honey baked ham is some of the best and most popular succulently made holiday pork you will ever have the pleasure to put in your mouth. What I did not know till recently is they are open year round and have deli’s in their locations. Today was my first time going to this location and definitely won’t be my last. They have a large selection of sandwiches salads desserts side dishes and soups among many other things. The food was excellent. The service just as much so or more. The atmosphere was nice could use a bit of a look into taking it next level such as booths and a little more of a comfortable restaurant feel. It felt a little off in the design and set up to have fresh cut flowers on every table but all your tables and chairs have a hard wood country style diner eat and get out furniture vibe that makes it feel less comfortable than it could be but not in any way the great customer service doesn’t make up for.. Rhonda who seemed to be the manager was very helpful in suggestions and selections. Troy who was the cook was very skilled and also very full of suggestions of things to try next time. Price wise they are affordable but they definitely price their food like everyone knows their name. Two combo meals was 30 dollars. All in all this is a great place to get something good to eat but be ready to pay or go cheaper by ordering a la carte.

We came from Oregon & are staying here for a bit & saw the store front as we drove by. We have heard of this so of course my husband I had to stop. We ordered 1 order of Turkey sliders & 1 Ham& cheese sliders. We upgraded to a meal which we won’t do next time. The sides? I came for the Mac and cheese but it was gone by the time we got there (4’ish) Totally bummed me out. We both chose The potato salad side (that or chips) must be a southern thing. Neither of us enjoyed it. The red onion slivers are HUGE & plentiful. Zero mustard or tang whatsoever. Both of us passed on it. The sliders were good. The turkey was a bit peppered & my husband LOVED them. Me? Not as much. The Ham? OMG is an understatement. The sweetness of the Hawaiian rolls compliments the ham perfectly. We paid $30 & We will come again just to try the famous double cheddar Mac and cheese. The service was OK. She wasn’t overly kind & definitely not a small talk-er. The gentleman cooking did his thing and didn’t engage whatsoever. Edit: I had the ham sliders left over the next day cold…. Absolutely freaking phenomenal.! I take back saying I don’t know if this would be a staple because if I came here for lunch, it has three separate sliders and it would literally be my lunch and my dinner along with my midnight snack. Absolutely delicious.

My very first time in and I didn’t know what I really wanted. The associate that I took for as management was very helpful with helping me decide. I took pictures to show the freshness! I loved it and I will be back. Also got me signed up to receive money to apply to a future meal. The broccoli salad was great!

Went to pick up turkey and ham for an after Thanksgiving dinner tonight. The smell of the store was so tempting I HAD to get a sandwich for brunch! Delicious as always. The employees were helpful and friendly. Thanks to exhausted employees.

I preordered a Ham and turkey. When I went to pick up I was told they were sold out of the ham I ordered! (Why preorder if they aren’t going to have it??) The manager on duty said she would give me a bone in ham for the same price as what I had ordered (boneless ham) She stated that the bone in ham was a little more but she would give it to me at no extra cost since they could not give me what I had ordered. I thanked her for that Go home to find out SHE DID charge me an extra $8.66! AND SHE USED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION!! So she lied right to my face. Then when I called back, she gave me some lame excuse!! I have always loved their ham-and turkey but will never go there again!! And it’s not the money, but the fact she lied and ran my credit card again!

As we were having lunch today at this Honey Baked Ham location, an elderly lady at another table realized that one of the ingredients in her chicken salad sandwich was cranberries. She told the staff that she was allergic to cranberries. Shanequa & Troy (HBH staff members) immediately apologized (even though it was not their faults at all) & told her that they would make her a new sandwich of her choice at no charge, of course. . Troy walked over to her table, apologized again, & took her chicken salad sandwich off the lady’s table & Shanequa quickly asked her what type of new sandwich she wanted, & made it in no time. The way that Troy & Shanequa gracefully & effectively handled a delicate allergy situation was extremely impressive! Every time we go to this HBH we are always amazed at how friendly & kind the staff is, but Troy & Shanequa’s team work & actions today stood out so much that I wanted to commend them! Thank you both for showing what ‘Great’ looks like, Shanequa & Troy!

This was my first visit here! And it was awesome. I can’t believe the favor of this meat! My new favorite sandwich place! Katie who prepared my sandwich made my experience even better she was so nice not to mention she hooked my sandwich UP! Will be returning real soon!
