My wife and I love to stop by every time we are in the Chicago area. It starts the day off on a positive note. We always try to sit in the section where garage can is working. He is a pro at bad service and it is highly recommended. My best breakfast stop hands down. I’ll definitely be back and looking forward to it.

A self-service restaurant. You get what you like and pay by weight. The food is ok. Selections are pretty the same on a day to day basis. It is not bad to eat and go. Wish they rotate Selections and replenish at 3/4 empty tray.

Came for lunch, full disclosure it was around 1pm so maybe I was too late for a full spread, but it was just okay. Tried lo mein (good), spring roll (basic and a tad oily) and green beans (basic but good). The spread was overall disappointing as most of it looks like it has been sitting out, the salad/cold bar all looked like it needed to be tossed and set out fresh. It is 8.99/lb. Nothing amazing to bring me back, but I guess it would do in a pinch.

I tried the buffet for lunch today, and it’s not bad. It’s certainly not gourmet eats or anything, but the buffet has a decent selection, tastes fine, and the price isn’t bad. A nice lunch option, and I’ll likely eat here again

So does this place even consider how they need to check on the quality of the food they serve? I tried this out for the first time today. Salad was almost gone. Minimal amount of add ons. I got a small egg roll and 2 chicken wings . Got to y office and saw that the wings had been reheated several times over but were in fact cold and hard. The meat inside was a dark color so I’ll be nice and say they were from yesterday. The egg roll? Cold. Definitely several hours cold. The olives in the salad bar were definitely ready for the trash and while we are at it, throw away the tomatoes that have already lived well past their prime.

The breakfast I order always comes out delicious, however the lady who’s a cashier has terrible customer service. I stood in line in back of a customer and I know she had seen me standing there. Instead of at least saying “give me one moment”, she went to go do something else and continued to act as if she didn’t see me. I was only picking up an order, it’s not like she had to do much other than hand it to me.

Not the most inviting to make you want to sit down and eat there, it’s just like a cafeteria, but that’s not really a problem. The problem is the new cashier, she is rude and just ignorant, she doesn’t allow for substitutions that were once allowed saying “we’ve never allowed that” when you never worked here until now. She can’t process orders quick enough or multi task, and she messes up simple things like change or the type of cheese you asked for or maybe she forgot you said scrambled instead of over easy even though we were face to face.

Cashier is extremely rude. Owner needs to have a serious talk with her. After waiting 30 minutes for my food I had to give it back. She gave me straight attitude. Even a dog don’t eat everything that’s put in front of it .

The food isn’t really good. I basically come here for convenience. I’ve had problems here before but figured I would give them another chance. Welp, this was the final straw. I ordered a breakfast special, they skipped over my order and prepared all the ones that came in after. Then when I asked about my order they said, oh your ordered the pancake special. I told them no, there breakfast special. I don’t even eat pancakes, so I wouldn’t order them. Instead of just owning up to there mistake and apologizing, they wanted to argue about it. Its too early in the morning for this, so I simply just asked for a refund. But they continued to want to argue. Such a waste of time and energy.
