Tucked away in a quiet street, 12 Spices is truly a hidden gem. The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, but what really makes the experience special is Sonia, an exceptional hostess. She not only recommended an excellent wine to pair with our meal but also brought incredible energy to the evening.
The food itself was excellent—flavours were authentic, portions generous, and beautifully presented. Combined with Sonia’s personalised service, it turned into a memorable evening.

First time dining at twelve spices and they did not disappoint. All the food we ordered were great, my personal favourite is the pineapple fried rice, pad thai, and chicken feed salad. Must try 🙂

My brother in law had ordered my wife (who is 7 months pregnant) a soursop fruit shake which she had shared with our 1 year old. Our daughter had drank about a fourth of the cup before my wife had drank some and pulled out a long strip of what looked like a piece of plastic bag from her mouth. Upon further inspection, we can confirm there was a plastic bag and a piece of rubber blended in the drink. While we were talking to poison control, my brother in law had called the restaurant to make them aware of the issue as to stop it from possibly happening to someone else. He was met with absolute poor customer service, the women on the phone had shown no accountability or remorse. She had let us know that they were making fruit shakes the whole of Boxing Day and had no issues, that the next time we order will be free of charge. No apology or urgency was given or shown.

Fantastic service, reasonable pricing and great food. The Special Duck Fried Rice was one of the best fried rice dishes I have ever had, and they even gave me a container to take home the leftovers.

This place been open for years. It was nice back then and now. Love the chicken feet salad, Papaya salad and ox tongue was super soft and juicy.
The noodles dish was a sweet for my liking so it was ok. The pineapple fried looks good but just taste average. Lobster Tom yum was hearty and flavoursome. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall decent place to go for dinner gathering and sharing decent Thai food.

Came in on a Saturday around 5pm and got seated straight away without booking. Customer service is great here and we got our food very fast.

Food is delicious & the menu is vast.
The drinks are good but the lady said all of the fruit drinks have syrup & condensed milk?? They don’t mention that until you ask what is in them. I’m not sure about the condensed milk as none of them are milky??
Our favorite dishes would be the soft shell crab with salad. The portion is humongous. The red duck curry is great too, but had to send it back as they forgot the lychee’s.
Chicken wings are tasty.
We definitely will visit again & I suggest booking if you have a large group as they get very busy.

Very lovely food we came so late 30 minutes before close. My family and I wanted to eat here so badly and the lovely manager allowed us to order when it was 30 minutes left before close. The food was spectacular and the service was amazing even with recommendation of the food. Staff are so lovely would recommend twelve spices to everyone. Thank you for this amazing night.
