This is my favorite mexican in town right now. I take every one here we even had a work lunch and they made me pick. I normally get the fajitas carnitas nachos. Sometimes when it’s just me I get just meat, chips and cheese. Others I share with the hubs and we get all the veggies too. This trip I was with a friend and my son. My son got the burrito gigantico. Pictured and it was stuffed with steak, chicken, shrimp, lettuce, rice and beans. Then smothered in cheese dip. It was enough for 2-3 meals.
I pf course got my carnitas nachos and the meat is so tender. So deliciously seasoned. They put both shredded white cheese a d queso on it. Somehow the chips stay crisp even under the food.
My friend got carnitas fajitas which I did not get a pic of but said they were a great choice.
The service is always top knotch.
If you like mexican go give these guys a try. I am positive they have something you life.

This is among my absolute favorite restaurants in the entire world! I have had the fortunate opportunity to travel extensively around the world and have found the food here to be very authentic and the service to be exceptional! Their al pastor tacos are better than the best authentic tacos I’ve had anywhere in Mexico. The jalapeño/spicy margaritas with tajin on the rim are to die for. If you’re traveling in or around Evansville, Indiana, this is a must try restaurant!

This place was outstanding. It has opened very recently and everything inside is new. When I yell you this restaurant was very clean I am telling you it is very clean. The recipes are great everything was seasoned just right and great detail is given to taste and presentation. The service staff were all very quick and attentive. Parking can be a little tricky but worth it.

Guadalajara Mexican is a totally awesome place in Evansville, Indiana. Heavy Mexican vibes with interior decor. Friendly staff. I ordered the El Pastor tacos. They were incredibly delicious… simple, prepared traditionally… with a killer spicy salsa! I would totally return!
