Customer service was a zero! The lady who took my order served me kids portion when I asked for a bowl. I asked if she could put more red peppers as there weren’t any in my serving. She hesitated and with a somewhat attitude placed 3 more pieces of red peppers on my kid sized bowl. My mom and sister ordered the orange chicken and it was mostly skin. No meat at all. As I went to check out, no hello just your total is. Didn’t asked if I needed sauce. Rude. I’ll be visiting Sarku next time I come to Northpark. I know Panda Express are family owned so I don’t expect much to happen but wanted to share my experience.

The rice was dry, the orange chicken was hard as a rock and I found part of a wire brush in my rice, and the manager didn’t even have the courtesy to come talk to us about the situation and decided to speak in Spanish thinking we couldn’t understand them and laughed it off as if it was no big deal.

I ordered online 20min before hand. I get here to the register and I’m basically avoided. Then when I let her know I had a online order they haven’t even started it let alone had it ready at the time they promised which is 1:40. It’s 1:51 and my plate is still sitting there. No apology, no explanation, just told to wait. This is my second time ordering online and order was not ready, and they want to try to skip over you and continue helping everyone else. There’s no point in ordering online. There doesn’t seem to be management present either.
Then I get back to work and they didn’t even make my order correctly, wrong food items. So disappointed with this service and food.

We ordered the vegan orange chicken. They didn’t bother to replenish the food at all. Then why even have a vegan option? We waited for half an hour to get a simple entree. The worst experience. Even a restaurant would’ve served us faster. Disappointed. Never coming back.
