Usually I wouldn’t come on here and leave negative remarks but at some point something has GOT to give. Im an avid dunkin goer. LOVE LOVE LOVE. But the last few times I’ve come to this location I’ve left with a bad taste in my mouth. (Literally)
Coffee made wrong. Food cold. But today topped it all. I ordered mobile and went to pickup. The lady at the window was disgusting (scarf wrapped around head) attitude and all. She handed me my drinks and told me to have a good day and then got ugly when she had to reopen the window because she had blatantly ignored giving me the food I payed for. My coffee was made wrong. No cream or sugar & my hashbrowns had HAIR embedded in them. Yuck. From other reviews this seems like a repetitive issue. I will not be back to this location.

I got 2 drinks one for me, and one for my son. They were not on the menu and the lady who took my order was patient reading my phone on how I wanted it made. Both ladies who made my drinks did an awesome job! They both were so yummy!

Food is fine I have no problem with it . It just the workers here SO RUDE for no reason and seem so miserable. We waited for 10 minutes to get our order taken and when she came she was so rude and when we asked for a half dozen of dounts she just rolled her eyes and pointed. So as we was figuring out what to get she just keep rolling her eyes acting like she was bored and something better to do then she got a drive thru order and so then she just completely ignored us and then when my husband quietly asked her for the receipt while she was at the cash register still she gave him the hold on finger like excuse me !?!? After she was done taking the order she like what did you want and then rudely handed us the receipt . And then when our order was done being made no one lets us know it was done it was just sitting there and then when she got finished making the drink she just shoved it to us like it almost about to fall. This place seriously needs better staff.

Met the owner today, he actually recognized me from a video I had made at his store months ago on the internet and came up and shook my hand and gave me a complimentary coffee. That is super cool and I cannot wait to have more interactions at this Dunkin ; making more content with coffee and donuts. Love you Dunkin!

I really like this Dunkins. Good coffee, good food, good service and the store is put together well inside. Plenty of room and very clean. So far ive been twice and had coffe, pancake roll with egg n sausage, jelly filled and boston cream donuts . Here again this morning and used the app to get deals and offers. Got a large hot coffee for $1.07 Adding more photos.

Do not buy donuts at this place. On 2 different occasions I went inside to get coffee. Both times there was a dead fly in one of their pans of donuts. This morning I told one of their young ladies working there it was a dead fly in there donuts. She never went over to check the case. All of the tables inside were dirty as well. I won’t be going back.

I just left the drive thru not too long ago the time was 10:27 am. Whoever the woman in the drive thru who have her hair cover up in a scarf . Her attitude is very dis cost for. Also her Customer service was very terrible. She snatched my money out my hand and also handed me my food very Aggressive with a attitude.
