They only had 1 worker and it’s a busy morning. I know she tried her best so I don’t blame her, however, getting 1 kolache and 1 sandwich should have not taken 30+ minutes and now due to wasting so much time here it added an extra hour to our roadtrip. Again, I don’t blame the worker, I truly felt for her and the company should not be so understaffed during busy moments and she did her part and did it great. Management needs to do better.

Everything was fine until we stopped in and tried to get dinner at Carls Jr. I thought it was supposed to be open until 11pm. At least that’s what the website said. My husband and I were turned away and told they closed at 5pm. No reason given or sorry for the inconvenience. This is not a way to run a business or a way to treat customers. If you wanted to go home early or close early at least communicate better with customers.

We had $15 in Dunkin’ Donut gift cards. Passed this location and figured why not stop in and grab a snack for the road. We got 2 coffees, 1 dozen donut holes, and 3 donuts. It cost me my $15 in gift cards plus $11 out of my pocket. This places prices are crazy expensive. The staff took forever, and the donuts were not good at all. The coffee was pretty decent but not work the cost.
The staff forgot our donut holes, and forgot items for the people who were in line before us. Keep driving past this location.

Okay pay attention people.
This is a great place almost brand new, huge and almost no costumers because the GPS doesn’t recognize the entrance right in the exit.
So the GPS will send you all the way away from it. Just get to the exit right in front of it and is a road to the TA, with Carl’s Jr. Dunkin Donuts. Enjoy!
Restrooms are pretty clean but changing table for babies are not bring extra wipes.
Also they have a bunch of cashiers hanging around and just one open. So took forever to check us out.
Other than that I gave a 5 start.

You don’t want to show up in the morning. Bianca obviously did not not to be there. I asked for a menu option with no number. Just said wake up wrap sandwich. She asked which one and I just pointed at the picture . She kept playing dumb after I pointed out my option after she said that the menu pictures are wrong. Then proceeded to say she wasn’t gonna serve me. Waste of time giving this business any money

Such terrible service. I go to Dunkin everyday and they never seem to get my order right the workers in there are very mean always have an attitude, there’s always a problem with there speaker. I have to sit and wait to order, recently when I went no one was at the speaker at all taking orders when I pulled up to the window they turned the lights off on me knowing I was sitting there for a while I even try to call there phone number and no answer? What is wrong with this Dunkin’Donuts

This was right there with my other positive Dunkin’ experiences: great coffee, very good doughnuts. Coffee tasted fresh and I saw more fresh coffee was being brewed. I had asked for a dark roast, which the pleasant server said she would brew for me, but I opted for the original flavor so I could get back on the road. I will make the stop here more often as it’s well placed between Houston and San Antonio. There is also ample seating and WiFi, and the Travel Center itself has immaculate bathrooms. This is a freeway location and not a neighborhood location, so it’s not a “stop and hang out for hours” type of location, but if you need to stop and work or get on the laptop, this location is great.

The donut was great but has the slowest service ever, one lady was busy doing some coffee while the other one was cleaning and nobody was paying atention. Almost 5 min, for a travel stop I think was too much I even got my burger faster and the donut were already made. Also 2.15 per donut is insane.
