This was my first time eating at a McAlister’s and it didn’t disappoint. I ordered the pork BBQ potato and my boyfriend chose the pecan berry salad. The potato was huge and perfectly cooked. It had a great flavor. There was a good portion of bacon and BBQ pork on it with tasty cheese. It came with sour cream and butter on the side. The salad and berries were very fresh and it was delicious. It was a large portion as well. We had to take both of our meals home. The staff were very polite and welcoming, the atmosphere was cozy, and the restaurant was very clean. We will definitely be returning in the future!

I’m not sure where to start. I’ll start here. I absolutely love mccalisters. This place is one of my very few favorite places to go. So having to make this review really bums me out but I’m really tired of this happening over & over again I’m finally saying something. YALL DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MOBILE PICKUP/DELIVERY TO GO ORDERS. Let me just make this clear when someone orders something from your menu they want EVERYTHING that comes with it. For instance every time I order the nachos they NEVER pack the avocado or sour cream. I never say anything. Then about a month ago I ordered a mobile order to pick up, I placed 2 orders, they packed one order then completely forgot the other order. Alright I’m angry I’m upset so I call them & am VERY nice & say in a nice way they forgot to pack an order & they told me I can come up there to get it, after I’ve come all the way home, I live about 20 mins away, no kind of discount, they offered nothing for their mistake. That’s fine it’s whatever I’m gonna let it go. Then this time I order the nachos again & specifically put no chili because I do not eat meat. We get home & there is chili in the Rotel. Most of u that know about the nachos that’s the whole part of the nachos. So now I can’t eat my nachos. Luckily we had Rotel so we made that. Then EVERYTIME we make a to go order the portions are SO MUCH SMALLER than when you would eat in the restaurant. If u don’t know how much you should get then go eat at mccalistars & then compare your portion to the picture below. This is the choose 2 & every time I eat in the restaurant the sandwhich is big enough & every time the nachos have MORE than enough chips.Mind you the cost is the same whether u order in store or over the app but get a whole lot less food & less effort when u order over the app. Also they NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER pack a pickle with your sandwhich. & I KNOW I’m not the only one who looks forward to that pickle. They absolutely do not care about the orders their customers are placing over the app. I’m very unhappy. Y’all need to do better.

Soft drinks had little flavor and no bite. Had to remind them of the Mac n cheese in our order. They brought out congealed mac n cheese with a green speck in it.

My first time here. The menu is a little overwhelming, but they have great selections. I got the French dip with brocoli cheddar soup, and they were both very good. The soup was a perfect temperature for cream based; not too hot that it scales and not warm that it’s not satisfying. The sandwich had a generous portion of meat and the au juis was tasty. BF got the reuben and it was disappointing in that it seems that they toast the bread and assemble the sandwich vs heating the meat, assemble the sandwich, and then grill it. Also, there wasn’t enough dressing, so it was dry. He actually dipped his sandwich in my French dip sauce. This could have been prevented if it were grilled with butter. He said the meat was very good and again, a generous amount given. The prices are reasonable and the service was great. The cashier was friendly and efficient and the manager was hard working and checked in with us as he was delivering the food to the other tables. Overall, it was a good experience. I’ll come back and try other items. I would recommend this place.

Excellent service, hot delicious and nutritious food. Their lemonade is my second favorite in the whole world, second only to raising canes. A great place to meet friends and talk over a meal with the right nutrition to handle the rest of the day. Quiet enough to talk but there is a degree of hustle and bustle with other conversations.

The girl at the register taking orders was clearly sick. Coughing her head off. She should not even be at work. This is a restaurant. She has a mask but kept pulling it down. With the flu season here. Management should have sent her home.

So i go here a lot for lunch very regularly i always get the same thing, the food is not the issue, the food is great, the problem was today i had asked for an extra pickle, and i have no pickles at all. Seems little but thats one of the best things here and im just very disappointed in this. And my sandwich is not even sliced in half either so theres that. Just seems like the cook didnt try. I get people have bad days but this is still bad service.

I’ve been coming here little over a year with absolutely no problem with any customers.
A few days ago, I was at the restaurant in line paying for my order a customers walk up on the side of me talking to the cashier about a Cookie, I said sir let me finish paying for my order he got offended. When I was making my drink I was talking not directly to him he told me to SHUT UP!!! and it went from there… I’m black other white customers start laughing. and hollering out they car at me.. the manager who playing GM manager said I’m in fault I cuss out the customer ran him off.. I left first … Manager you can not say anything that’s not true to a customer it call SLANDERING…. HE NEED TO BE FIRED I will move forward with legal actions

They are so busy but the line moved very fast and our orders came very fast.
Negative part was our order was wrong and had to call manager over to correct it. He did get it right.
