I ordered a Tuna sandwich online. I recieved a BMT. I’m only complaining because a lady returned my Tuna asking for her BMT. The lady at the counter checked my bag and said the correct sandwich was in indeed in there. I think she was having a bad day but how does 1 mistake pepperoni for tuna?

Or hurried to make my selections. The food tasted fresh her area was clean and neat. Not only was Lisa friendly but she had the best energy. Thank you Lisa for being awesome to my husband and our new born daughter

The level of disrespect was absolutely unacceptable. When I walked into the store, the employee Luna greeted me while handling customers who were paying with cash. After those customers left, I politely asked if she could please wash her hands before putting on gloves to make my sandwich. At that point, she completely lost her composure, repeatedly saying, “It’s a bad day, it’s a bad day to play with me,” while raising her voice and gesturing aggressively. She then told me to leave the store and I’m not worth it because she only gets paid $15 an hour. all because I respectfully asked her to wash her hands after handling cash.

so horrible. the woman working there was so rude and not to mention they close at 9PM but today this lady was yelling at my mom and an other customer that it was closed (it was barely 8:50PM) and it shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to prepare orders for 2 customers. i don’t know if she was having a bad day but don’t take it out on your customers. (she even threw a sandwich to the wall)

Ordered a foot long online. Came on the wrong bread and with barely any toppings at all. it was so poorly made. I got a few shreds of lettuce, 3 tomato’s, and barely any meat. I love subway but this makes me never want to order there ever again

Waited in line for 25 minutes while they made 4 sandwiches?? Then after I paid for my 6in and my fiancées’ footlong, they pulled his footlong out of the toaster and it was completely burnt, black around the edges and the whole store smelled burnt. When he was frustrated to have a burnt sandwich after waiting so long, one lady was nice and offered to remake the sandwich and another lady immediately started yelling at him because they were short staffed, then said she wouldn’t make him a new sandwich. My fiancée did not raise his voice at all and she completely surpassed his level of anger off the bat. He asked for a refund and she said she didn’t know how to refund our money. We paid $25 to come home with only my 6in sub, the picture speaks for itself.

Worst experience. Employee cursing and having rude customer service to customers. Very dis organized and very unprofessional. Hardly had a selection of breads that were available and saw lots of flys in the restaurant. Waited 20 minutes and decided to leave after this experience.

Rude and no customer service. Told me to “Get in line” as a greeting when I walked in for my pickup in store order. I watched kaisey drop the sandwich scoop on the floor and then put it back on top of the oven to be used again for the next customer. Will not be back to this location unfortunately
