I may have been really hungry when I arrived but still we all know the difference between excellent pizza good pizza and very bad Pizza. And to this end I have to rate the pizza at this restaurant as excellent indeed! I also would highly recommend this place as it has per capita I would imagine the most friendliest staff and ever so courteous employees who go out of their way to make certain your visit is everything you expect and then some! I tipped very well if that tells you anything.

I would first like to share that my husband and I were undecided on choosing a pizza delivery. We both decided with Pizza Hut. Not only.was the pizza delivery very timely, our dasher Norman was courteous, friendly showing pride in his job. The pizza was delicious. This would be a huge recommendation for me.

First time going to this location and ordered curbside. Our pizza and bread sticks were kind of burnt. The wings are ok, not the greatest. Everything was cold by the time we got home and we live 8 minutes up the road so pretty disappointed about that. Willing to give this location another try but after reading other reviews im not confident that my experience will change

Nothing but problems. First time: I ordered delivery and 2 hours later I received my pizza, it’s was cold and not round, the crust was sideways and not the kind of crust I ordered. Second time for delivery: I waited almost an hour and received a call that said “Are you coming to get your pizza?” I was like what? I said delivery. They said we stopped delivering at 8. I called at 7:15. REALLY?? Third try: I ordered pick up this time, was told my pizzas would be ready when I get here…I should have known, been sitting here waiting for 20 minutes. This place is the worst place to eat in Hodgenville!!! Go to Hometown Pizza!

34.00 for 2 medium pizzas and breadsticks. Pizza was cold. Had no cheese on it. I took pictures lol. The crust was hard and dry. They didn’t even take the time to cut the bread sticks. Way to expensive for 2 medium nasty pizzas that went in the trash. I should have driven them back to pizza hut and demanded my money back.

I was able to redeem an offer that pizza hut had emailed me as birthday reward, it was an amazing offer that allowed my family to eat dinner,nearly for free! I thought it was really nice that they recognize customers birthdays. Alot of places do not do that.

While they used to be one of the best places for pizza, since the pandemic they have gone down. Curbside takes unusually long and the people seem upset you ordered and they have to help you. The pizza is still good, but service has dropped sadly.

I liked it. Came here and got grade A customer service from a super nice, lovely lady named Maddie who was super nice and attentive to me and my girl. We dined in and it was great. Had a large pizza, drinks and we both ordered fries and it wasn’t high priced like a lot if other places. (Came in with $25 left with change other places all that’s like $30 at least I should know I love pizza) Well now for all my followers and people reading and want a real honest opinion let me keep it real. When I pulled up I was just hungry and it was like 8:40. And when I walked in I was like”Hmm creepy lookin place… no.” to be honest but gave it a shot and was amazed. Bathroom looks creepy too lol but it’s safe and sanitary just find the light lol and I think what really made us stay is the way that that Maddie lady and the rest of the staff were so nice to us we felt like we were back home and thats saying a lot considering I’m from N.C and all but once she greated us at the door and of course after we talked to each other at the table it was relaxing and the food was awesome so they knocked it out of place. And yes I looked for an inspection sticker lol they got a 98. So if you need to know that there ya go as well. So if you pass by it don’t cancel it out just cause it looks crazy at first go in. The staff is great and the food is amazing.
