Wingstop corporate should totally take over this location because it is giving them a bad name. I should have read the reviews before coming because others had similar experiences. I ordered a 6 piece boneless meal. Normally six is plenty for lunch. Unfortunately, the kitchen doesn’t seem to care what they give you. Two of the six were tiny and almost just breading. I was shocked when they handed it to me that they thought a couple flat chunks of breading the size of a quarter count as a boneless wing. The photo I took is the bigger of the two.
When I read the reviews, I realized I should feel lucky that I even got 6 pieces of anything even if it was just breading.
I definitely won’t be back to this location. Sadly, there is a Raising Canes in the same complex. That store was packed and I was the only one in Wingstop when I walked in. I can see why.
The franchise owner and manager of this location don’t care because they don’t do anything to improve or address the complaints. $15 for a meal of six tiny chicken nuggets is a joke.

We get wings here at least once a month and they are not bad. But today they was chewy and just not good at all. They also missed a order of fries. I do understand is a very busy day because of the Super Bowl. I will update my review if anything changes after I order again in the future.

The worst location. I ordered lemon pepper and four different flavors, but they had no flavor. All 20 pieces were in a single box. They were dripping with oil, and the fries were awful.

If looking for wings cooked perfectly!!! come to this location!!! I met the manager Josh and what a great person, not only that, this guy KNOWS how to cook a wing!!! if you are like me and will only eat wings if they’re cooked properly make this the stop!!! i live in saratoga springs and a Wingstop opened within 200 yards from our house, however, we’ll be driving to Taylorsville from now on when it’s time for some wings!!!! JOSH keep up the good work!!!

their food always comes out fresh and hot, especially their fries which i appreciate. always have just enough to crisp to seasoning ratio. but a reoccurring thing that has been happening is they have shorted me wings on my meal almost EVERY time i’ve been here. came about 2 weeks ago, and only received 13 of the 15 wings i ordered, and today when i ordered 10 wings, i only got 9. obviously i never say anything bc it’s never that big of a deal, but it is slightly annoying it’s happened more than once. also, the cajun corn is never consistent either, first time i order it 2 weeks ago, it came with 5 pieces with the regular size, today when i ordered the regular size, it only came with 3? idk again, it’s not something i’d argue with the workers, but the inconsistency is confusing and unappealing. but overall the service is fast and friendly and the food is fresh and hot.

Came here for the first time last night. No servers, just order your wings, and find a place to sit. The menu was confusing because they only have pricing for combos. Theres no consistency with what’s included (some include drinks and fries, others include only fries) so it was hard to determine what the best value was (price per wing). It took me 15 minutes to decide that 2 large individual combos is what was best since the cashier told me it would be $17 for 15 wings (~$1.13 per wing).
On to the food:
This place excels in Dipping sauce, flavors, and fries, nothing else. The chicken itself was relatively bland, and when I got done, there was tons of oil left at the bottom (as seen in the photo). The garlic parmesan flavor was delicious, as well as the hickory smoked bbq. One of the best bleu cheeses I’ve ever had, as well. I’m not sure if it was an “off” night, or if it’s always like this, but it was not worth what I paid ($27 for 2 large combos – 20 wings, 2 orders of fries/vegetables, 2 dipping sauces, and 2 drinks). I’ll come back to try the boneless wings, and hopefully it will be a better experience.

The food was so good! I loved the lemon pepper, the Hawaiian wasn’t as good though. It was my first time there and the person taking my order was pretty quiet, which made ordering a little difficult since I’m already hard of hearing. The fries were so good, I really wanted to keep eating them even though I was full. The tables could be cleaner but overall it was a great experience!

Chad was excellent – thanks for the food service. We had the Tuesday boneless wings special and got jerk, mango habanero, garlic parmesan and Louisiana rub. All of the flavors popped, and each wing was larger than expected. The space was clean and inviting. The free style soda always works well – it gives lots of choices. I would recommend this place to others.

This place is always packed! But they have pretty good organization and skills with the orders and get them out reasonably timed. You have to expect wings take a bit of time to cook. These guys handle it professionally. I like the service, always friendly and no matter how busy they are they always greet me when I walk in the door with a smile even! Must try the Cajun Fries! I posted a pic of them. Soooooooo goooooood!

They disregard things like “extra well done” or “extra seasoning”. They’ll completely ignore that and give you unseasoned, soggy fries. Same with wings. i asked for “extra well done” but instead got barely cooked wings with a pinch of seasoning on each. Service is very inconsistent, but definitely more bad days than good. Better off making your own food at home, don’t waste your money. (I got large fries, extra seasoning, extra well done & 10 wings; 5 louisiana rub, 5 lemon pepper both extra well done.)
