If I could rate this store it would be negative 10000. Bought a $18 pizza. Waited 45 minutes. Sat in on my lap. Grease ruined my dress.
Called store manager and he said our pizza are that way and didn’t offer me anything. Here are pictures. Also went into the store and showed him. He said he was busy and it’s normal. Would even give me a discount or a replacement

Worst pizza of my life. Wings were super soggy. I couldn’t find a pepperoni on my Supreme Pizza with a unbalanced amount of sausage. Some kind of frozen pre-made crust that tasted like wonder bread. $40 for the worst meal of my life. I hated it with a passion.

I had a bad experience with a different Snappy Tomato’s location like a decade ago and hadn’t had it since. Have never had any food from the Alexandria location and felt like giving it a shot last night.
Some of the best food I’ve ever gotten from a chain pizza place. I was legitimately shocked at how tasty it was when I bit into my calzone, because I wasn’t expecting much. Will be ordering again soon from yall!
