Drove by while running errands and suddenly started craving Pad See Ew, so I placed a pickup order. I’m glad I did—this little gem is cozy and welcoming. The staff greeted me right away and were very friendly. I also noticed the restroom was very clean, which always says a lot about a place.

Most importantly, the food was delicious, and the portions were excellent—definitely worth the money. Unlike some places where you get very little food for the price, this was generous and satisfying.

I’ll definitely be bringing my family here next time. Thank you for the great food and friendly service. ขอบคุณค่ะ

The food here is ok. They have dishes that they do well and some that not worth even trying. One of those not to try is the Mango and sticky rice. I believe you can tell a good Thai restaurant by this dish. If they have fresh Mango paired with warm sweet sticky rice, they probably have a level of culinary exceptionalism that guarantees every dish will be good. Unfortunately Chef Million Thai bistro misses the mark with this dish. The sticky rice was a blob in the shape of a hart. it was just one congealed lump of rice. I tried to eat it immediately but the rice was inedible. The Mangos although they looked fresh, tasted over ripe and mushy. Such a simple delicious dessert when done right, was gross. The workers here are really nice, and that’s why I gave them 3 stars. Otherwise the price of this dish $9 and the quality would put them at 2 stars.
I hope they make the corrections because they have potential.

My wife and I went to a new Thai restaurant called Chef Million Thai Bistro. I saw a few videos of this place on YouTube and decided to check them out. When we arrived, the staff was really nice and gave excellent customer service.

We’ve ordered their orange chicken, my wife wanted hers spicy, and mine non spicy, with a side of their garlic rice and egg rolls. When our food came out, it was a culinary experience.

Just by the presentation looks amazing. Their orange chicken was breaded perfectly using white breast meat that was covered in their orange sauce, where I could actually taste real oranges and other seasonings. The chicken remained crunchy till the very end.

Their egg rolls were also very good. They were hot and fresh with a side of their delicious dipping sauce that was a little spicy.

Their steamed garlic rice had the right amount of garlic that wasn’t overpowering, and it was a nice break from the grease of the fried egg rolls and orange chicken.

I give Chef million Thai Bistro 10/10!

We found this little hole in the wall restaurant after getting our nails done. Everything that we tried here was delicious. When ordering spicy food, the server will ask you how spicy you want the food on a level from 1-10. We chose 7 and it was kind of spicy to me, but I always eat spicy food and my husband kept drinking and said it was spicy to him, then again, he doesn’t eat spicy food often. He said the spiciness wasn’t overbearing, and he still enjoyed his food. He just wanted to be adventurous. I’d also like to add that my husband asked them to make chicken with broccoli, which wasn’t on the menu and they were able to make it for him. I was surprised that they also have honey walnut shrimp on their menu and will definitely try it the next time I go there. Overall, this is a great restaurant with delicious food and excellent service.

I haven’t tasted the prepared meal yet. I’m still waiting. But, the customer service is one of a kind. Noel truly is a blessing to the staff. The vybz in Thai bistro solidifies it as the top Thai restaurant in Las Vegas. BlessUp and come get you some food.

Found this little unassuming Thai place last minute and so happy we did!

Friendly staff plus delicious and fresh food. The server let us know they make a lot of their items in house like the crab Rangoon. You could definitely tell these weren’t frozen and had a fresh homemade filling. The wrap was crisp but soft and not greasy.

For entrees we ordered the drunken noodle, orange chicken, and duck noodle soup. Each was so flavorful! The orange chicken sauce was not goopie like typical orange chicken. The chicken was crispy and fresh and had a homemade orange marmalade glaze drizzled on the chicken. The bbq pork drunken noodles we ordered level 5 spiciness. It was packed with flavor, fresh vegetables. The noodles weren’t over cooked and the pork was tender!

My personal favorite was the duck noodle soup. It was balanced in flavor, and filled to the rim with noodles and duck. The duck was tender and delicious.

Chef Million Thai is definitely a restaurant we needed in this area! It’s nice, clean, and modern looking. Staff is super friendly and had great recommendations for us. The best thing is the food was amazing and affordable based on the quality and serving sizes!

It’s our new favorite Thai place and highly recommend!

Tucked away, hidden in a corner of the Smart and Final Shopping Center at Decatur and Lake Mead Blvd. is what has become one of my favorite Thai Restaurants around Las Vegas. The environment was very tastefully done and very clean. While the total price was a little above average, the total of the tab came to $64.00 (before tip) for two appetizers; The Chicken Egg Rolls were light and crispy and the Chicken Satay tender & delicious.
Two delicious entrees including my favorite, Pad Thai Beef and Shrimp Combo and Pad Kee Mao (with thick noodles) both perfectly seasoned with noodles cooked to perfection, and a very fancy Italian Iced Mango Soda (with fresh whipped cream & real mango on top). I always rate the Pad Thai as the signature dish of any Thai Restaurant and theirs was top shelf, although I was surprised not to find an extra helping of bean sprouts on the plate. But there were just enough freshly mixed in to satisfy. However, the beef, while ample, was very tough. Next time I’ll go with just shrimp (large & succulent) and save a few dollars. Their level of hotness is rated 1 – 10. Being my 1st visit I chose 5. They’re very conservative with their spiciness so next time I’ll make it a 7 on the heat scale. The owners, T.C. and his Wife/Chef were friendly, courteous and attentive and watched over us. I got the feeling because of the beautiful presentation of the food that his wife is an award winning chef, definitely not just another run of the mill Thai Restaurant. They really live up to their name: ChefMillion Thai Restaurant. Only they should add two $$ after Million. Highly recommended.
