This place absolutely exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting with soft lighting and comfortable seating. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, checking in at just the right moments. The menu had a wonderful variety of options, and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. The pasta was fresh and homemade, you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. Portions were generous and beautifully plated. We left feeling satisfied and already planning our next visit.

Very disappointing and honestly concerning.
The paneer and rice did not feel freshly cooked at all. As soon as I opened the lid, the smell made me feel nauseous and I almost vomited. It was clearly not fresh. The saag paneer didn’t even look like saag paneer — you can easily compare it with photos on Google and see the difference. The egg fried rice also had a strong, unpleasant smell and was clearly not edible.
On top of this, there is a serious issue with misleading information. On Just Eat, the restaurant is listed as “Curry Express”, but when I called the delivery driver, she said the food was from Gandhi Restaurant. When I called the restaurant, they said they used to have a partnership with Curry Express and that it has closed, but they never updated the name or address on Just Eat. This is extremely misleading and feels like a form of fraud.
When I raised concerns about the quality of the food, there was absolutely no concern or accountability from the restaurant.
I would strongly advise others to be careful before ordering from here.

Ordered a delivery. Madras came with plenty of chicken (more than the 5 pieces some reviews suggest). The curry itself was okay but very watery. Naan and poppadoms were as you would expect. Service was quick. Good overall.

Food was tasty. Dont expect big portions though. Compared with other indian restaurants in town I found Ghandi more expensive. I would recommend to make the rice portions bigger for that price. Service deserves 3 starts only as We got to stand up and look for a waiter to order extra side dish.

My favourite Indian restaurant. Staff are great and the food is always excellent whether it’s eating in or takeaway. Great views from the restaurant up on Onchan head, though parking can be difficult in the area, so car share if you’re in a large group. They don’t have a licence for alcohol so take your own!
