It’s great to finally have a fun place in North Canton! The place is beautiful and we loved the vibe. We had the broasted chicken and joes, pub peppers, Texas twinkies and a large topper that was stuffed with toppings! Lots of left overs! We sat on the bar side where the staff was upbeat and fun, smiling, joking and dancing while working. The manager even brought over a toy bin for our kids.
The restrooms were separate from the bar on the pizza shop side which was really cute!
My husband and I will definitely be back (minus the kids) when we can enjoy some adult drinks on the patio this summer!

I don’t know what magic they have, but the Loby’s group have the best patios in the county… food was consistent as always… and service was solid. Jay (I think that was his name) was a treasure and the manager Erin was a trip! I will 10/10 be back!!!!

We did a take out order and were disappointed that the North Canton Kraus’ was such a fail compared to other locations. Our pizza was bland. My pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. The crust margins on our pizza were around 3 inches (about twice and big as others) diminishing the amount of actual cheese and sauce on our pizza. The service was not friendly.
I hope you change things around and get better because I was SO excited about having a Kraus’ being closer than the other locations but at this rate I’ll just drive further or go to an alternative pizza franchise.

Rude and disorganized staff, “admin fee” even when paying cash, and the pizza was horrible. Undercooked to the point that it was soggy and sticking to the bottom of the box, and there was hardly any cheese. Certainly not what we expected after loving Kraus’ Pizza for decades. Hopefully this location gets things together.

Slow to take order. No sign indicating wait to be seated or seat yourself. Table next to ours received undercooked chicken and their order was re-done to their satisfaction. Large pizza was $20 and was medium sized compared to other pizza places in the area where I can get a large for $10. So, smaller and more expensive. $5.00 for a tiny side-salad, about half or a third the size I’d expect at that price. Food wasn’t bad, but nothing to write home about.
