I think this is the best Subway in NKY, hands down. We have tried to go to the one in Walton for years, but their customer service and food are just terrible. I was yelled at by the male worker over showing up to get our order two minutes early and they only put tiny amounts of food on your sandwich and then smash it down, I believe out of spite. The food also tastes old, stale bread and wilted veggies.
This one is worth the drive and is super friendly, we have been a few times now and are always greeted with smiles, our food is top notch and the sandwiches are piled high! And the ingredients are so fresh. They even have a designated pickup area, and they label the sandwiches if you have multiple in an order. The other stores should take note. This is how it’s done.

Out of all the Subway restraunts in NKY that I’ve been to, this one, by far, is the best.
I’ve only been twice, but both times, I’ve been greeted and have felt welcomed inside their store. I really like that both times I’ve been, regular customers have stopped in and ordered food. Both times, the staff knew them by name and made friendly conversations.
The restaurant is clean, and they are generous on their portion sizes!
I will definitely be back.

I got a pick up order and when I got home I realized my bread wasnt toasted. My sandwich wasnt good at all, so I called to see if they could do anything about it and eventually got told ” You wouldn’t like it toasted so I didnt toast it.” Place is weird.

I know to some this is just another sandwich but there’s something to be said about the care that was taken while assembling it. Picture perfect spacing of the ham and the rest of ingredients were nicely balanced for flavor. This Subway is top notch. If you haven’t had the #5 Bella Mozza I highly recommend it

I normally don’t make reviews but today I order a sub an the guy working today on Feb 23. 2025. He was so rude an disrespectful .I’ve been here so many times an this will be second time the workers are very disrespectful. I won’t be back i rather drive another 10 minutes to another location that are more respectful then to come back to this place ever again. The sub didn’t even have what I order on it. Hardly any meat . Dry.
