I want to start by saying i love Rita’s but i avoid this one. The girls that work there are snotty and rude. My son got an ice that literally had no flavor. I asked the girl to get a different flavor and she looked at me, walked away, took a spoon tried it and said “tastes fine to me” and rolled her eyes. So much attitude. It was plain crushed ice.
Also, they don’t accommodate for peanut allergies like EVERY other RItas does. Maybe they are just lazy. Never again.

I brought my dog for a pup cup and they put a 3 inch squirt of custard onto a lid and handed to me and said that will be $1.25. In the past, they put it in a cup with peanut butter and a dog bone. The girl training the new hire was the one who made it so cheaply.

Excellent deserts. I must say I’m not really into slushy‘s, but Rita’s is different. Their Cherry with custard is great.

i was just there with my friends and we were being rushed to say the least. we clearly were having trouble deciding on what we wanted to order also i’m sorry but if we are being rushed because it’s cold then close the window and i will walk up when im ready and three different people were helping me at the same time so im sorry if im not sure that everyone is aware of what im ordering when my order was taken by someone completely different to begin with. plus i didn’t even like what i ordered because there seemed to be such a hurry so i gave it away.

The worker was rude, and seemed like she did not want to be there. I ordered three large twists one in a cup and two in a come. When I got the ice cream it was not a large. The cones were stale and not good. However the actual ice cream was tasty and well made. Not my favorite.

We enjoyed our experience at this Rita’s. The Italian ice is somehow colder than what we’ve had at other locations and we really enjoyed it. The only thing that is missing from this location is somewhere to sit outside.

Fast and friendly service. Great place to stop for custard and water ice. My personal favorite is Gelati with Cotton Candy ice and Vanilla custard.
This location has plenty of parking and is easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

Not really sure why things are advertised online and certain toppings and flavors are advertised when they are not available, not to mention the staff has no idea what you are talking about when you are ordering let alone anything they have in the restaurant. If you dont have things that are advertised, then you shouldnt post you have pumpkin because this is what we came to the store for specifically, not to have your workers tell us they are out of almost everything we wanted to order…if I could give zero stars I would!
