The staff here are very rude and unprofessional. One of the ladies was working on the cashier later turned to my sandwich and with the same gloves she was touching the cash touched my sandwich taking out some avocado using the same gloves. After I told her she was rude to me and said she switched her gloves. This was a lie. I was not even rude to her but she was. I am reporting this to the company and hope if you have any complaints with the same lady please reported. I asked her name and she refused to give it to me but speak to the manager or even the store owners.

I usually dont do reviews but I have to post this one. Today I came here to grab lunch during my lunch break .
There were 2 people working . One Asian old lady and one young Mexican girl . They both were super nice and friendly. They made my sandwich super good.
I wish I can give them more then 5 stars .
Meat and veggies and also the bread look fresh and clean . Store is nice and clean too .
I will definitely be coming here again .

I came here to get a sub for lunch , 2 kids were working they both were very welcoming, the girl she was super nice and friendly and helpful .

I placed an order online , fresh value meal, had my order picked up and received my order without the drink, I then called the shop back to inquire about the egregious error and got the worst nightmare of an experience speaking with the shop staff, he said it’s not their job to get the drink nor inform the pickup person of a drink with the order, they have a policy to not do so. I am a business owner and run a retail service business, wow is all I can say. I have never received a service so poor in quality, tone and attitude from a service staff, no apologies no remorse, absolutely horrible customer service.

. I placed a mobile order at 2735 S 99th Ave suite. The order said it would be ready at 8:40. We arrived at the time and saw another man go up to the door and it was locked. We then got worried and walked up thinking they were only doing the mobile orders but it wouldn’t open. The sign was completely on and said open. We knocked and the worker was cleaning and ignored us. We knocked again and the worker looked at me with disgust that I was even asking for help. I have never been so disrespected in my life. He refused to open the door or even speak to us. We then called the store and another worker answered. His name was Andrew and he told us we would not get a refund and that they didn’t even know how to issue one. We asked for their names and it was Angel and Andrew. We understand for security to not open the door but they completely shut the store down. Mobile order should not be left on if the workers can not do it. This location doesn’t close til 9:00pm this is so unacceptable. They were rude and didn’t even have the decency to say sorry for the inconvenience or even to come back in the morning. They disregarded us completely and made us feel like a burden for even ordering. On the door was a single piece of paper saying closed that was handwritten.I’m extremely upset by this experience . There was also no manager in sight and these two teen boys decided to close the store with no care for the customers ordering online.

Very bad service. No one wanted to come serve me. Two people were there the manager was cleaning and the other was on the back. They just looked at me and the manager told the guy in the back to come. He just looked at me said oh and said hold on and went back to the back. The manager didn’t even greet me or tell me anything. Only look at me like I was someone who was taking her time from her. Terrible customer service!
