Showed up on a Friday night around 6pm. We stood in the front of the store by the registers for 11 minutes and were never even acknowledged. 3 other patrons were waiting, one lady turned around, looked at my Wife and said ‘Good Luck’ and rolled her eyes. Staff members walked by us and lurked behind the counter and never even said a word. No ‘be with you in a moment’, or ‘sorry we are busy, be right with you.”, Nothing. So we waited a few more minutes and walked out. Unfortunate, but never to return. Someone needs to teach retail manners.

Absolutely horrible quality and poor amount of food. What a joke of a price, over $20 for two subs for something it looks like cost them $1. We will not be going back to any Jimmy John’s from this point forward and I suggest you look elsewhere for places to eat. Just not worth it anymore. Best part is they don’t care.

You simply cannot say freaky fast when an online order for pickup is placed at 1:15 for ‘asap’ and it’s not ready when arriving at 1:40. When walking in there are 6 or 7 people working behind the counter and maybe 5 customers? The math isn’t matching!

Does anyone at this location actually read the orders at this location!? I usually order for delivery to my office once in a while and they forget mayo packets 8 out of 10 times. It got so bad that instead of my name, I typed BRING MAYO PACKETS. I also have it requested five other times thru my order. On every receipt it is listed 6 times…yet no mayo packets. After lodging complaints with JJs directly several times, the owner of the store emailed me and very sarcastically asked me for my address so he could mail me the mayo packets. Unbelievably rude response and I will never order from this location again.

Please please please stop putting food and drinks for “leave at door” delivery in front of a screen door that opens OUT (or any door for that matter). It is already very expensive food plus the delivery fee, and for the drinks to get knocked over and spilled out (waste of money since they are all over the steps from trying to open the door and they can’t be consumed since they belong to the grass now) because we can’t get to the food and drinks without opening the door is VERY frustrating.

How about employees at least fake being friendly… don’t just stare and wait for the order. I understand that getting good help is difficult but come on, if you don’t want to work with customers or maybe anyone for that matter find a data entry job. Seriously the staff makes you feel sooooo unwanted and that your business is bothering them.
