I really don’t like leaving bad reviews& don’t unless an extreme case. I am still at a loss for words. Listen it seems no one gives a crap anymore about their jobs, they don’t care if order wrong, slopped together, NOTHING! There’s absolutely no excuse for this, this screams we don’t give a crap about people who comes here! I challenge staff to take a moment to think how’d you feel spending $15 on this pathetic sub, really just bread with slight hint of toppings. I’m from Michigan & I promise you Firehouse there has ALWAYS been consist& great. This location has consistently kicked out shameful food. I guess owners don’t care about earning loyal customers& being proud/honorable. That only goes so far in this world before you get canceled. Don’t forget it’s us customers that decide if you stay in business or not!

I got a to-go order and when I got home to eat the sandwich, I saw that they completely forgot to put the meat on the sandwich. How does one forget to put the main ingredient on a sandwich?! So excited for a Firehouse Subs to be open on the west side of town! I had been to others in the past and didn’t know that there were different ways of having my Firehouse Meatball sub! I had it with pepperoni and added onions and it was delicious! They did have the Coca-Cola machine with hundreds of options which I love! Beautiful mural on the inside and friendly staff make this a definite pleasure!
