Delicious food in a warmly welcoming city. We got to choose our steak knives from a tray! That was neat! The burrata was excellent. We will be back.

I stopped in on a cross country drive after a rather long day led to me deciding to treat myself a bit. I undoubtedly made the right decision. The food was delicious, the restaurant is gorgeously appointed and cozy and I have to give a huge shout-out to my bartender, Randy. He was an absolute gentleman and a scholar who made me feel right at home and truly went above and beyond. Thanks for a lovely dinner, guys!

Another amazing meal at Salt!

This was our second visit to Salt and we were joined by another couple who’ve been here with us before.

We started out in the Speakeasy with pre-dinner cocktails. The chairs and sofas are real comfortable. There were some people at the bar and that made it pretty noisy in there. But the drinks were enjoyable and the bartender was great.

We transitioned to dinner in the small room off the front entry door. We’d reserved the 4-top in the center of the room like we did last time. Perfect spot.

Our server here once again was Rian. She is amazing. She knows the menu well and as always is quite pleasant and helpful.

We ordered drinks and thought about the menu. Then we ordered appetizers and our meals.

The 4 of us ordered as appetizers:
– Shrimp Cargo
– Scallops
– Bowl of Shrimp and Crab Chowder

For dinner, we ordered:
– Sea Bass plus Wedge Salad plus 4 Coconut Shrimp
– Bacon wrapped Shrimp with Grits
– Avocado and Crab Salad plus Lobster Mac and Cheese
– Beef Tenderloin Medallions

The food was amazing and the portions sizes were great.

We were too full for dessert and took leftovers home. After dinner, we went back to the speakeasy for a nightcap.

Looking forward to our next time at Salt.

Great little secret in these parts. Yes, it’s higher end, but it’s really not too much more, but the service staff, owners, chefs are top notch. They are amazing to just watch, they work like a synchronized beehive.. they all know their parts and they work around each other nearly seamless.. great personalities, friendly, fun, and the food they deliver is outstanding, on all levels.. and don’t forget to arrive early and go hang out in the SpeakEasy… don’t tell me I didn’t tell you how awesome this place is.. reservations recommended, but even when they are busy, they work you in pretty quickly.. inside, patio and outdoor seating, parking is street and side streets. Enjoy this gem..

Salt is hands-down one of our favorite spots in Weatherford. From the second you walk in, you feel welcomed. The service is exceptional in that rare way where you can tell people actually love what they do. Attentive, knowledgeable, and kind without ever hovering.

The food is incredible. Every dish feels thoughtfully made and full of flavor, the kind of meal you slow down for because it’s just that good. And the drinks? Absolutely on point—beautifully crafted and consistently delicious.

The ambiance is the cherry on top. Warm, inviting, and perfectly suited for a date night, a celebration, or just a really good evening out. Salt isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience.

Salt Seafood & Steakhouse in Weatherford is a true hidden gem. Set inside a charming house, the atmosphere is both quaint and cozy — social yet private at the same time, which makes it perfect for a special night out or an intimate dinner. Every bite of the meal was absolutely magnificent, from the starters all the way through the entrees and desserts. On top of that, they offer an excellent selection of wines, cocktails, and domestic beers to pair with your meal. Exceptional food, beautiful ambiance, and a wonderful overall experience. Highly recommend!

It’s a word of mouth only exclusive restaurant w/ speak easy bar in back. Reservation only. The food was only good, not great for the price. Service was good. Atmosphere was unique and rich. I enjoyed the whole experience greatly. I do recommend this especially if you don’t care how much you spend on dinner.

Atmosphere is amazing. Food is amazing. The service was top-tier. They have a speakeasy I’m pretty sure it’s the only one in town. No sign outside so pay attention to the address. I would make reservations.

I had an amazing dinner with my daughter for her birthday. They made it very special. She got to go into her very first speakeasy. And had a wonderful chocolate martini. And end of the night with a creme brulee and a candle period of course the food in between was amazing as well!

We had reservations at 8 waited even though we had called 5 days ahead of time. We understand when it is busy. Then finally seated no apologies. We had dinner around 9 which is a long time to wait for food. This is a birthday the whole room was treated and sevred better and we were sat before them. They ignored us instead of making the situation better. A table behind us got food 15 minutes before we did. Worst experience will never be back. Fine dining thats a joke. We got better service at olive garden and with a smile.
