We moved to the Chili area a couple of years ago. For a bit, we struggled to find a good pizza on this side of town. Then we tried this place, we have now ordered from there 4 times and this has become our go-to spot. This seems to be the only pizza place on this side of town that is capable of consistently producing great pizza. This time, we ordered a white pizza with broccoli, onions, and spinach. It was absolutely delicious, not to mention visually appealing as well. It was coming out of the oven right at pick up as well. This Pontillos location is amazing. We will be back for sure.
2/24/24 – Another amazing pizza. This time, red pizza and wings. Again, this is the place to get your pizza in Chili! Staff was friendly as usual, pizza was amazing, wings were great, although a bit on the smaller side.
6/7/24 – Still the best pizza in town. Ordered another white pizza with chicken, broccoli, onion & spinach. Absolutely perfection

Grew up with some of the original Pontillios pizza in the Batavia Leroy are and have always appreciated it’s sauce flavor and spice. Moved to Spencerport, tried their Pontillios Location and it wasn’t good. Decided to give the Chili location a try. Much better. Same quality that I remember growing up. Definitely a pick up only location (I miss sitting down in a nice pizzeria like they had in Leroy and Batavia)

Pontillo’s Pizzeria is the best Pizzeria out there. Great tasting, your special request is always honored. My request is not burned and sqare cut. Always arrives as I requested it. When I say, I’m the cancer lady the gentleman answering the calls knows me. Due to covid delivery’s were canceled. I can’t drive anymore to pickup. I miss Pontillo’s PIZZA so much.

On par with mall pizza. Cheese wasn’t entirely melted, sauce tasted like basil with a hint of tomato. And the slicing method left something to be desired…

My friends and I went there recently and one of my friends wanted to order two slices of pizza along with a beer then the owner became aggressive and grabbed their phone to read since all of us are Deaf and we communicate with hearing people by using our phones. Even the owner straight up grabbed two slices of pizza wrapped in plastic wrap from the shelf, not even fresh. My friend changed their mind on buying them, just bought a beer. Disappointed.

Ordered a pizza on Friday from them. They don’t deliver. The pizza was over cooked and burnt. Customer service there isn’t up to par. The young lady working the counter had a attitude problem. I don’t think I will be ordering from them again. Pontillo’s use to be good. I’m very very disappointed with my experience there..

We ordered subs from their website. The site says that the price is $8.00 for a large steak sub .When we picked them up we were charged $ 13.95 each. When we asked about the price difference we were told that their website needed to be updated? That’s a $ 7.00 dollar difference. Beware that the prices on the website are wrong. Pontillos enjoy the extra $ 14.00 you made on us tonight. We won’t be returning.
