Probably the worst pizza I have ever ate in my life ordered two, one Cheese one pepperoni both pizzas were over cooked practically burnt, the pepperoni one lacked cheese looked more like sauce and pepperoni and the cheese one just looked and tasted horrible. Probably won’t ever order from this location ever again!

Before going to this location I beg you to hear me out, this is an honest review. Ownership of this branch changed in July, prior to July we used to get our pizza from here all the time and it was always great. After July the pizza started having issues: either the dough was undercooked or the pizza just tasted weird, on top of that the pan pizza was extremely oily to the point where you’d struggle to eat it. Day before yesterday was the worst experience though, we ordered a pan pizza with just 2 toppings (onions and green peppers). When we started eating the pizza had rubbery cheese but we ignored it and said we were probably just hallucinating. Anywho we had left overs so we ate the pizza and nothing else that day, the next morning we got severe food poisoning, intense abdominal pain, and fever. Like we have never had before. For your sake avoid this branch; and if you work there please put more consideration into the work you do and the food you make.

Two orders back to back made incorrectly entirely inedible. Too much sauce, under cooked pies, with way too much cheese it just slides off the tomato soup pizza. Also, I dont understand how they have so many employees working , then still take an hour to deliver in a three mile radius of homes. Disgusting.

No ham on pizza….onion and pineapple is definitely not the same without it! Last time forgot all toppings on my husband’s pizza. Deliver to the wrong house many times too.
They’re good with compensation, but shouldn’t have to. Check the order before topping and before sending…why is that not procedure?

Now getting 1 star – this is their feedback:
Two hours from time of order completion to delivery is absolutely unacceptable and probably means the food is borderline unsafe to consume. Everything was cold! If it was going to be an issue, the customers should have been called. We live like 10 minutes away and would have gladly picked it up. The amount of sauce on the wings is surely a joke. We won’t order from this location again.
After this review, we were compensated again…I feel bad for the manager.

I give up. Why does my 2 topping specially ordered pizza have NO SAUCE. I try to be understanding but considering this pizza isn’t cheap , why is there always something with this location. Tonight Who just doesn’t put sauce on a pizza? How is that forgotten?

First we tried ordering on line but it didn’t work so we called to place our order and we’re out on hold… Finally after waiting a few minutes a women picked up and she was very rude. We ordered 6 pizzas and we got there 15 minutes earlier then the time we had said we’ll pick them up!! None of them were made yet but that’s okay because we were early… We walk in the door and tell the women what we’re here for and she says, “I thought you said you’re coming at 5:45?” Yes but we’re early. There were 2 men and one women in there and the women hurried around making our 6 pizzas while the men stood there doing absolutely nothing!! Over all horrible customer service but the pizzas were good… Don’t think we will ever get pizza from this establishment again after how we were treated!!

I’m hoping this is the right dominos because it’s the one most local to me. My son was playing basketball with me on our street in Lyons Station on Monday night when the delivery driver after his delivery jumped out of the car and played for about 5 seconds with my son (just enough so he could slam dunk the ball). Man I have never ordered from the dominos here in kutztown before now, and lived here about 2 years, but I gotta say they really did good tonight. They were here in a timely manner, the driver was nice, they got good deals on 2 pizzas, the food was hot and cooked nicely and taste great. Sheesh, these cinnamon twists with the icing make me wanna hug the guy who made them. Other places around kutztown, mamas and Camillos to name a few, have messed up too many times or let me down. Thanks dominos !
