Look at the pictures and decide for yourself if you ask me I definitely NOT recommend $25-$35 each dishes and looks like that .However there were two young girls at the front desk 17-18yo that couldn’t provide good customer service. Then there was a waiter you had to remind 2 or 3 times about your drink, and the food you see in the picture – you decide.

Had a lovely sit down and enjoy burger. The view was lovely. Coming down from my favorite run of the day. The Nile Mile and the black next to it were closed for the day.

Simone was the best server we have never been here before we are from Massachusetts and she was very attentive helped us decide on things on the menu. She made sure we were doing OK. Did her job flawlessly and recommended other things as well? We will be revisiting again tomorrow and here are some pictures of what we got. The food was also excellent pick ups to the chefs kiss****

Trail’s End is a nice Pub & Grille located inside the Camelback Resort right on the bottom of one of the skiing trail. Chairlift is right next to it.
Food is delicious and very fresh. I had a grilled salmon that was cooked to perfection.
My company tried the classic burger and she said it was exquisite.
Outside porch looks great to grab a glass of wine and to enjoy the beautiful view.

Our recent experience at the establishment, accommodating a party of twelve, revealed areas for potential improvement. While the service provided by the waitstaff was satisfactory, the culinary execution presented certain challenges. Specifically, the teriyaki pineapple burger, despite its promising description, exhibited an excessive salt content. The chocolate cookie skillet, however, was well received by our party. Furthermore, several members of our party expressed dissatisfaction with their respective dishes. The extended wait times, coupled with the inconsistent food quality, detracted from the overall dining experience. For guests of the Camelback Resort, I would recommend exploring alternative dining options.

Located at the orphaned end of the resort it is one of only a very limited selections of eateries at the resort. Aside from the panoramic view at the base of the slopes there isn’t much to the restaurant, almost like it was an afterthought.

The menu selection was very limited and leaned more towards pub food than a proper eatery. The relatively bland menu certainly won’t offend anyone but neither will it likely impress anyone. It was simply sufficient.

Food quality was above average, but the lack of daring dishes on the menu makes that very achievable. What the meals lack in taste they make up for in quantity. The portions are generally very generous.

Service was excellent, if not a bit messy. Despite having the server spill a drink and another member of the staff dropping a plate of pasta the staff was excellent. Quick and efficient service and a waiter with a sense of humor was a highlight of the visit.

It’s worth noting that gratuity was included in the bill but we were not notified of that until the bill was paid. I don’t have a problem tipping good for good service but I think that’s just a shady business practice.

Changes at the Trail’s End Café made it impossible for our family to enjoy dinner. During prior visits, we were able to take members of our family that are gluten free for medical purposes or vegetarian to the restaurant. The current iteration has menus advertising gluten free dishes, but are not. Our waiter was apologetic, but said there were no options or alternatives that the kitchen could offer as managers have stopped staff from trying to fry items on stovetops in clean oil (away from cross-contaminated deep fryers), or add accommodating dishes. Luckily, we brought lunch for the next day’s car ride so my children had something to eat. It’s 2026; it boggles the mind that a company in the hospitality industry has no accommodations for people with major allergies.

My partner and I came here for lunch before skiing, thought it was cool you could see the side of mountain and people skiing/snowboarding.. that was the only good thing about this place. The food was dry and took a while even though they were not busy. Considering there were 5 servers, the service we got was sad. Will never go back

We visited twice during our stay.

Service (5/5): both nights we came the servers were amazing. Our first night we had Kristen and she was so pleasant, helpful, responsive and timely. Our 2nd waitress was also great for similar reasons.

Additionally, on the first night of our stay we had reserved a fire pit and it was out back near the patio. On the patio came four 55+ adults, 2 sets of couples. They appeared drunk and were so obnoxious we thought we would need to speak to a manager. They made the whole fire pit experience a 0/5. However, apparently other customers complained (after about 30-40 min) because managers came out and told them to quiet down. Then about 10 min later the managers had to come back out because the same group had brought a cooler of their own alcohol. So instead of following the rules, they continued to be obnoxious to the managers and then ended up leaving and complaining, cursing and grumbling the whole time. When we left for the evening we complimented the managers about how professional they handled the situation.

Food (3/5): we were slightly disappointed with the quality/taste of our food. We ordered chicken fingers and French fries the first night and they were good. We had also reserved a fire pit with s’mores on the first night and had a great time making s’mores. However, the fire pit kept going out and the staff had to try and restart it 2-3 times. Eventually I asked if I could help the process and we were able to keep it going.
Second evening: we ordered Nachos w ground beef and pork belly for appetizers. For dinner we ordered kids Mac-n-cheese w onion rings, the taco salad w grilled chicken and shredded BBQ pork w fries. For dessert we ordered the berry cheesecake. The best item of all we ordered were the onion rings (4/5). I barely ate my taco salad as the avocado wasn’t fresh, it was a pre packed one and the grilled chicken was also not fresh, tasted old and dry. I threw 80% out. The nachos had cheap tasting cheese on it and the ground beef had little to no taste/flavor or seasoning. The best part of the nachos were the actual chips which were good. The shredded pork my husband rated a 5/10. We ended w a dessert, the Mixed Berry cheesecake. The cheesecake tasted store bought and wasn’t very flavorful. The berry sauce was, however, flavorful and the best part.

Atmosphere (4/5): Fire pits, outdoor patio, corn hole game, activities for kids until 7pm, large Jenga game, etc. it was a nice place.

We would likely go elsewhere in the future for food but would highly recommend for the service/staff experience!

What happened to this menu?? I come to camelback a couple times a year and they revamped this places menu to serve fried food and fried food only. What happened to entrees? It’s all sandwiches now. The only other things were fish and chips and steak with fries. Someone next to us ordered the steak and it looked awful. You don’t want French fries you have onion rings. Literally that’s it. We got a salad Mr October or whatever it was called and it was meh. We also got the short rib sandwich also and I don’t know how to describe it that wouldn’t have this review taken down but picture a dog eating a thanksgiving dinner and then going outside and eating grass and then it all comes up into the bun. That was exactly what it looked like. What happened to real entrees and the seasonal menus? They used to have ribs, steak, pasta and so on and real sides not just fried junk. Really disappointed they also got rid of the good steak house and that replacement is far from any prize
